OnTrac Garage Doors

Wow! Actually, spoke with them via texts and voice calls several times today. Very informative and detailed in materials used, time involved, cost, ect... They made an appointment for Sunday morning and I told them to put me on cancellation call list, and low and behold, they said we can be there in 30 minutes! Sean, the tech, arrived in less than 30 minutes(4:23) and job was completed and garage operating like brand new by 5:03!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONTRAC TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A GARAGE REPAIR!! Company owner promised same day service. Technician arrived at appointed time, was directly experienced with my problem, equipment (garage door opener) and manufacturer. He carried extra openers and keypads on his truck - didn't have to wait. Tech cleaned up and removed old equipment. Timely, experienced, parts inventory and cleanliness - all impressive. I had a VERY satisfactory service experience with OnTrac.

this is an update from my previous review. it is nice to know that On Trac responds to their reviews. He did phone me and my door was fixed at no charge to me. I couldn't figure out how to update my previous review so i wrote another. i would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
