He showed up same day, had the right parts and fixed my door properly and knew what he was doing. Very favorable rating just more money than I wanted to spend but within reason.

We experienced a door problem on Sunday and they sent out Josh within a few hours. John was very friendly and kind he diagnosed the problem and the repairs and answered my questions. Our door is now working properly and is also much quieter. They provided excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. Very Highly Recommended.

I hired them to repair a broken spring that lasted 10 years. After 2 years, the spring mount they worked on came off the wall and the garage came crashing down. My 13-year-old son was in the garage and could have been killed. I was trapped in my home and they did not even have time to help my wife and kids and I lift the garage door to get the vehicles out (another contractor from Home Advisor came out the same day!). After I requested a refund for their shoddy work, they refused and blamed it on everyone else. Their employee even stated they have had similar issues like this as a business. The owner was rude and hung up the phone on me. Buyer beware of this business!
