OnTrac Garage Doors

Our garage door is now weatherproofed very nicely and OnTrac did a great job of matching the color of the weatherstripping. They serviced the door and were very willing to make an appointment to come back and check the chain when I thought it was loose. Jamelia, their co-ordinator, was very pleasant to work with and quick to respond.

They were willing to negotiate price for the job. I had 2 new springs installed and the rollers changed. They would not compromise on the quality of the rollers but gave me a good price.

Daniel and Ms. Gina were a great team. They arrived on time, they were very professional,and their repair process was like watching a surgery as they fixed my garage door springs. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

On Sept 27th I asked for the tech to find out the price of replacing the molding strips on the bottom of the doors and the price to replace the inside door switches. Today is October 4th ( 6 Business days ) and I have not heard for them. I would have expected a response in about one day The installation of the rollers was done professionally and quickly.

The company owner called me back the evening my spring broke and had a service tech set up to replace the spring the first thing the following morning. Very pleased with their quick response and service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing any garage repair!

Called within 15 minutes of Home Advisor request. Came within an hour of the request on Labor Day. Replaced the garage door spring in less than an hour. Only complaint is that I asked for a price range on the phone with the understanding that the spring could vary some in price. The price range he gave me over the phone did not include the labor fee. It was frustrating to find out when the tech arrived that my bottom line was going to $100 more. That still put them in range with other estimates but definitely no cheaper.

First my garage door spring broke late in the evening, around 9pm, and after going through Home Advisor and reading the reviews I selected this company. Within 15 minutes they were calling me to talk about the work. They had a guy out there at 8am the next day to fix the problem. The individual who came out had all the tools and parts he needed to fix the problem with him when he arrived. He did excellent work and explained everything. If you need work down on your garage I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing I would say, which is similar to the other reviews is that their estimates/ prices are definitely negotiable.

Tech called about thirty minutes before arriving. Verified what the issue was , gave me an estimate, and started work immediately. Very friendly and completed the work in a short period of time! I would definitely call these guys with any future garage door issues.
