Got the job done quickly, and polite. Just a little pricey. They said it could cost anywhere from here to there and of course it was there. Whenever a company gives you a price somewhere between two numbers, you can count on it being the highest number.

Came on a Sunday, was on time

Cost for the service call was likely double what market rates are. $180 just to assess an issue seemed outrageous pricing. In the end it was a minor issue that required an easy to install part that cost $24. A $75-100 service call charge is more the norm for most home or appliance repairs.
