OnTrac Garage Door came on a Sunday. They were able to hone in on the problem when others could not. Bram is extremely professional, patient in explaining the causes and effects and I highly recommend them! Great service.

Was happy with their responsiveness and timeliness in getting out to provide a free estimate and fix the issue. End result, everything was fixed and I was happy however, it was $150 dollars to have someone there for approximately 15 minutes to adjust the door and hook back up a support wire. At that cost, their hourly rate works out to be $600/hr.

Bram came out to repair my garage door opener and fixed it rather quickly. Be diagnosed the problem, a few turns of a object in the opener and it was good as new. The only negative was the price. They were only at the house less than an hour and charged$150 to turn a object a couple times and tighten some bolts on the garage door. Other than that they were good. Will use again.

I was in kind of an emergency & they got a tech there within 45 minutes. He was able to complete the repairs needed so I could get out of the garage.
