All good. A very minor comment that he missed our initial appointment, but rescheduled right away and then got it done. Very good experience. i thought this repair was going to be a pain, but it was a breeze. Definitely coming back when the next thing breaks.

Gave me good, honest feedback and actually saved me almost 2000. He could have said my current doors would not support the garage door openers, but instead came out and let me know they were fine.

Very honest

The service person didn't have the garage door opener I wanted on his truck, so he called another service person and he came over with the garage door opener and installed it. I didn't have to wait until the next day.

Our garage door jammed in early afternoon and would not close. Concerned about the lack of home security overnight, I called Ontrac and they worked me into their same-day schedule. The owner (Art) arrived at about 6:30 pm and personally made needed repairs. OnTrac provided excellent communication and customer service prior to the service call, a thorough explanation of the problem and needed repairs, and tips for ongoing maintenance to avoid future problems. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely utilize their services again, if needed.
