Fast call back and came out the same day.

Lack of communication between office and customer, technician was late and did not receive a call until I called office they said they would contact the tech and let me know the status. No call back! I called office again and was told tech was on the way and he would call when he was 20 min out. tech called me and was there in 20 min.

This was the best experience. I was filling out the home advisor app and I hadn t even clicked submit yet and had already received a call saying a technician could come out same day for garage door opener installs. The technician was very friendly and professional. He arrived at his estimated time window, he worked diligently, and after completion explained everything to my husband, and picked up all boxes and papers. I would highly recommend! You get what you pay for and in this case it was well worth it

I was contacted within minutes of using the home advisor site. Even though it was the Sunday of a three day weekend, the serviceman, Bram was at my home within an hour. I was planning to just get a bid for the work I needed done on my garage door, but the price was better than I had expected so I had it done the same day. I am very pleased with the service I received!

Installer made sure that door was properly fitted in old garage door opening. Seals well, but required extra time and effort. Cost did not increase even though this project took more time than normally expected.

I called this morning regarding estimates to fix our garage door springs. A tech came to our home this evening. He was very outgoing, nice, helpful, explained all he was doing while he was repairing. Some may say their prices are a little high, but i think they are very reasonable and very well worth it.

Tuned up both of my doors 2 years ago and they still sound great going up and down. Also replaced a faulty opener the same day.
