 + 0 moreJohn and Greg were professional, polite, and finished the job quickly. All phone calls were returned within a day. We appreciated that they fit in a "small job" like ours. We had some difficulty finding a window company willing to take on this job but they gave us an estimate immediately. They also provided an estimate for replacing all windows in our home. They even tried to bend one of our gutters back into shape since it was holding water at no extra charge.
Description of Work: Replaced hardware required to install screens, installed 17 screens (that we already had) on exterior of house.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time and did the work that they agreed to for a fair price. I had been quoted higher prices by a premier Window and Door installation company in the area, and by a sub-contractor that Lowes uses when they sell their exterior doors. Although there were a few minor things about the installation and final product that may have been planned for and/or implemeted better, I realize that in general you get what you pay for. In other words, I may have received slightly better quality work from one of the higher priced contractors, but overall I was satisfied with the work that was done by these guys for the price I paid them.
Description of Work: I contracted with them for labor only; to cut a hole in the side-wall of my garage and install a fiberglass pre-hung door I purchased. They removed a couple of bricks to get the door as even as possible to the floor of the garage.

They were right on time for the estimate appointment and were able to provide the estimate on the spot. They answered all my questions regarding their products as well as the process for the installation of the windows and siding.

I not only feel like I found a great contractor, but also made new friends as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by someone who is in the customer service business as well!!! These guys will definitely be back at my house doing additional work. If I could give an A+++- I would!

 + 1 moreGreg and John were absolutely terrific to work with - they were prompt, courteous and very professional. The entire job was completed in just a matter of a few days. They left the property in great condition and were very conscientious to remove debris daily and did not leave tools or equipment laying around at the end of each work day. Both John and Greg were both onsite during working hours. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and would hire them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: Installed 2400 sq ft of Alside (industry standard) vinyl siding, wrapped doors, porch beams and installed new soffits - total cost $9,280. They also removed 15 existing windows and replaced with new Alside double-hung windows - total cost $5,000. They also installed light fixtures, window blinds and trimmed out some overgrown trees in my front yard! They went above and beyond the call of duty.

John and his team were extremely efficient and clean. We will be utilizing them to replace the rest of the windows as we progress through our renovation. Once again, John and Gregg were awesome and thorough and great to work with.
Description of Work: Job 1: Replaced 100 year old windows upstairs and replaced siding/soffit on attic dormer. Trimmed all windows to match existing interior trim. Job 2: installed windows to new addition of house including sunroom.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE HERE IMMEDIATELY TO GIVE US A QUOTE. THEY WERE FABULOUS. THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE WINDOW COMPANY, BUT IT WAS NOT NEW IMAGE WINDOWS' FAULT. THERE WAS A WINDSTORM THAT PICKED UP OUR PATIO UMBRELLA THAT PUT IT THROUGH THE WINDOW. THE WHOLE WINDOW NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, BUT WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL, THE WINDOW WAS WRONG. THE WINDOW COMPANY CHANGED THE PART NUMBER ON THE WINDOWS SINCE 1996, AND SOMEONE HAD TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE, BUT THEY DID NOT PASS ON THAT BURDEN TO US AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. IF YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY, THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE TO GIVE IT TO!

 + -1 moreSINCE IT INVOLVED SEVERAL TRIPS I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. HE MADE A GREAT DEAL OF EFFORT TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS A LITTLE LATE REPLACING THE GLASS, BUT IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD 2 CRACKED PANES. HE HAD TO REMOVE THE WOOD AROUND THE GLASS, MEASURE THE GLASS AND THEN REPLACE THE OLD GLASS UNTIL THE NEW WAS CUT. HE RETURNED AND INSTALLED THE NEW GLASS.

I THINK IT WAS ONE OF THOSE THINGS WHERE THE SIDING WAS DISCONTINUED AND THERE WASN'T MUCH HE COULD DO. BUT THE BASIC PROBLEM OF THE VERY VISIBLE CRACK WAS SOLVED.

Description of Work: REPLACED 2 WINDOWS, ONE SLIDING GLASS DOOR, AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF SIDING THAT WAS DAMAGED BY VANDALISM. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING THEM. THEY TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS FOR MY WINDOWS, AND PROVIDED ME WITH A FREE ESTIMATE. THE NEXT DAY, AFTER RECEIVING ANOTHER QUOTE, I CALLED NEW IMAGE AND ASKED THEM TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER THE WINDOWS. WITHIN A WEEK, THEY HAD THE WINDOWS AND ACTUALLY CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY (WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME) TO INSTALL THEM. THEY WERE DONE IN ABOUT 3 HOURS, AND DID A GREAT JOB AT MATCHING MY SIDING. MY WIFE CAN NOT EVEN NOTICE WHERE THE DAMAGE OCCURRED. THE WINDOWS AND SIDING LOOK LIKE THE ORIGINAL. THESE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GREAT TO WORK WITH.

THE MASTER BATH WINDOW IS ABOUT 52'' TALL BY 46'' WIDE, PICTURE WINDOW WITH A 16'' CRANK AWNING TRANSOM ON TOP--HAVING THE CRANK AWNING ALLOWS US TO FINALLY GET FRESH AIR IN THE BATHROOM!
