Purchased a 6 piece king bedroom suite on 12/12 for $2,266.74 (credit card) and an additional $250 (check) for delivery, total of $2,516.74. The hardware required to assemble the bed is not complete, the hardware for the mirror was not included and two of the drawer handles are broken. I received two of the 8 screws needed for the bed. The store was closed after I received delivery and I notified the store manager first thing Tuesday morning. I received text messages from the store manager that included pictures and asked me if these are the parts I needed. They did not look like the two I did have. After I was informed the owner Mr. Hayes would not be able to get parts for me until Wednesday, I became frustrated and requested to return the furniture for a full refund and reimbursement for the delivery charges. I was told that there would not be a refund, it is an as is purchase. After my repeated phone calls to the store the owner finally calls me and advises there is nothing he can do until Wednesday, he will have parts sent via courier. The courier arrived at 7pm Wednesday evening and the parts are not the same as the ones I have in hand. I called Mr Hayes and he apologized and insisted he would fix the problem. On Thursday I receive a text message from Mr. Hayes asking to send his employees over to my home to take a look at the hardware. I agree. The two men from his store come over and stated they need to take the hardware to get a proper match. I asked for them to sign something stating they have them and he refuses. I called Mr Hayes again, and he tells me I am acting like a child and there is nothing more he can do for me and hung up the phone. I did not get a store receipt when they delivered my furniture, they refuse to sign anything regarding the parts and at that point I really do not trust this business. The two employees that came to my home stated the furniture wasn't ready to be sold and that is the reason the parts are missing. Mr Hayes said that is false. I just want the parts to assemble this furniture. If Mr. Hayes is in the furniture business it should not be hard to locate the hardware from the manufacturer.
