I was here when the technician and he talked to me about which pests I had seen the most so he treated for those as well as other pests that are common to the area. The pricing for the special was really good. How much they charge normally I can't say because I have not used them again since the special. The quality was very good and helped a lot with the pests that I have been having the most problems with. They were very responsive. They could not reach me by phone so they finally had to communicate by email, which was fine. They were on time and arrived when they said they would. They were professional and explained what he was going to do before he did it. I have used other exterminators in the past and have not gotten the same results so I believe I am going to call them again.

I live right by the greenway so there are a lot of pests that come. They like to do the quarterly treatment because they say that the first round will get rid of the pests but if there are eggs there, they will hatch within 3 months and the second round will clear out the property. I think either way is fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. There were no additional charges. We set up a time and they came out pretty quickly. It was pretty easy. They did it well. They are pretty helpful and do pretty much everything I ask them to. They are friendly and if we tell them we have a specific type of pest, they will physically try to get rid of that for us, such as spiders or ants. I really liked the deal. The price was good. The only thing I think they could improve is the way they set their appointments. I have noticed that if I don't set an appointment, they will still come out in 3 months. They are fine but they could definitely improve that.

They were excellent. I did not have any problem with termites the whole time they serviced my house. I had used them for probably 10 years. They are very effective and very responsive whenever I call them. Whenever I find any bugs, they would make an extra trip.

They recommend spraying every 2 months but I didn't sign a contract at that time but I am thinking about doing it. The guy was friendly and professional. He got in, did the work and got out. He put booties on his feet and shoes. I would recommend him.

They told me to be home during, I believe, a 2-hour window of time. They did not show up. The technician apparently got held up at another job. I immediately requested a refund. After two months of asking, they told me to contact Angie's List directly. The Big Deal help desk agreed to make an exception to the 30 day policy and refund the money.

It went well and didn't object to being followed around while providing service, which by the way I recommend everyone do, every time.
