Once I purchased the deal on line, I was contacted the next day to schedule service. I did have trouble scheduling as they only have availability one week out. They were however able to accommodate my schedule. The service provider was pleasant and courteous. He explained all that he would do. He then told me that a follow up ma be necessary to get rid of all the ants. I did have to have them come back out and was able to schedule the follow up without any conflicts. Overall very pleased

They came out and performed the 1st treatment and the ants returned in a different location. I called them back and someone came out to address the problem within a day or 2. Never saw the ants again. We had bi-monthly treatments to keep the ants away permanently. Was pleased with their reponse time and their professionalism. Would definitely use them again.

They sprayed for pests. It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone, friendly service. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. Since that appointment, we have signed up for their quarterly service. Bulwark offers online bill pay which is convenient. They automatically come out quarterly so there is no need to remember to schedule the appointment. When we a problem with wasps, they came out and sprayed as part of our quarterly service.

They were able to schedule promptly and come out for the service. They were punctual and professional and we've not had any insect problems since.

They've done very well for me. It used to be a phone call to coordinate when they can come out. However, they switched to a texting schedule process. They give me a service date and a time range. They've always been reliable.

Very friendly service and explained everything well while we have a baby and dog. On time and did a great job.

The service person planned an outside spraying, but when I mentioned a small problem inside the house, he immediately addressed the problem. He stayed, overall, probably for a longer time than he'd thought he would.

I liked that they were respectful of the fact that I'm pregnant and had concerns about pesticides being sprayed in my house. They stuck to just the perimeter of the home. I also like the fact that they have a 60 day guarantee and they stick to it. About 2 1/2 weeks after they came out the first time we started to notice a re-emergence of spiders and other bugs. They came back out to take care of it at no charge and within only a day or so of me calling.

They do a good job and if there's any problems they come right back. I would highly recommend them to others.

It was easy to schedule the service with Bulwark. They came precisely on time and explained exactly what they would do. They treated the inside of the house, including spraying electric outlets where spiders might enter. They also sprayed outside and removed spider webs and wasp nests. They used shoe covers inside so as not to track dirt in. In every way they were courteous, professional and pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

They were good, they did a very good job. I will use them again.

Service was good. We still have some lingering internal pest issues after the 10 day period they said to wait, however they said we could call them anytime if we still had problems and they would retreat at no additional cost.

They’re taking care of them okay. They would usually call ahead of time to tell me when they will be here to check the things outside then I will leave a note. I would use them again only if they adjusted their pricing.

It was fine. It was very good. There were additional charges apart from the big deal offer. They did a good job. They were friendly. They came back when we needed them to and performed some additional services as part of the deal. They did a good job.

The service from Bulwark Exterminating-Charlotte was very good. They are very honest. The work was good. They set the traps and they checked them. They didn't bother me too much, that was good. My interactions with them were very good.

It was fine but I never cashed in the "Big Deal" that I purchased. I've gotten a year service with them. I like them that much, they've actually been great.
