On February 28 a swarm came out from behind my fridge. Freaking out, I immediately got onto Angies list and started checking out exterminators. I purchased the $350 deal for $600 worth of service and kept my fingers crossed that I was doing the right thing, as friends have told me stuff of nightmares when it came to termite companies and the bite out of their checkbooks. Monday morning Bulwark calls and the nice associate says she is sending out one of their best termite guys. Thursday evening Dave, the territory manager, is at the house and does a thorough job of looking for activity, asking me questions about what I saw, and explains fully what he is seeing and his course of action. He places all the bait stations and foamed inside the interior wall. He gave me some tips about termites and even told me to expect another swarm( which did occur and this time I wasn't as freaked out knowing what to expect) I feel very comfortable with him and his explanations. He is going to come out in about 6 weeks to check everything again. It's all part of the special deal I purchased and fully warranted for a year. I am happy I didn't call anyone else. I will be purchasing another deal shortly to do a whole house pest service. I am very happy I bought into the deal with them and if this personal service continues like it started I know I will be using them for many years to come.

We had a need for termite protection. I called and they were very responsive. David came out on a Saturday to go over the options with me. He was informative and I didn't feel pressured to buy any particular product. He completed the work quickly and now I feel safe that our home is protected.

They were very helpful in trying to determine if they covered my area. They were polite and provided me with the information I needed to get a refund. They also offered their assistance if I needed help in their area.

He did an okay job when he was out here. They probably would have got the contract but we never heard from them again. We didn't have anymore issues with the bug we had. The reason I would not go with them again is because there was no follow up.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. We are still using them.

It was a fine experience. They came when my husband was here and called me to follow up. I've not seen any pests since then.

They came out really quickly after the deal was purchased to perform the service. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. My son didn't have any issues. I think everything was great. He didn't indicate that there was anything wrong. I would say that it was a good experience. We'll probably use his service again next year.

So pleasant to find a company that stands behind their work. My bugs are gone:). Everyone I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and understood my needs. The tech was very pleasant.

She told me to absolutely call them back if I spotted any wanted insects or spiders. And there would be no further fee charged for a call back.

They explained everything in detail to me and they gave me some possibilities of some other services that I might want to look into also and gave me information.

They have been good. I have had no concerns.

They called within the time frame the big deal stated to set up a time. They called to confirm. The person came on time and knew what he was there to do. He took care of all spider webs/nests inside and outside the home. He also provided preventative measures so that there is limited chance pests will enter the home. He also gave suggestions on how to keep pests outs. Great exterminators. Did the job they were supposed to do.

They were excellent. I used them upon expiration a year later. I didn't spend anything extra. They did exactly s they said they would do. We recently purchased a house and there were a lot of cockroaches and they really got rid of the problem that we had.

It was fine. They were prompt. One technician came out. I have had no problems since.

We had a minor stink bugs and roaches issue in the house. They were on schedule to come in and spray the house inside and outside. The spray should last several months, but after a month, stink bugs and roaches start to appear again. They were so nice, came back to spray again last month (Jan. 2015), so far, I haven't seen stink bugs and roaches. They're very nice and profession, they kept the promise and commitment for good customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Joe

It was fine. They did what the deal said they would do. Obviously, they tried to have us sign up for a recurring treatment, and we just didn't want to do that. We didn't want to spray a lot of chemicals for health reasons.

They did an excellent job. It went very well.

The price I pay is for every 2 months. I keep having them come back because that’s part of the contract I signed up with. Their service works tremendously. I am still using them.
