They were very friendly and professional. They came back out twice, free of charge, to do subsequent sprayings when more bugs were found.

After first using Bulwark in 2013 from an Angie's "Big Deal," I have continued to use them ever since. They work around my schedule for appointments and come back for free, usually within a day if I see insects before my next appointment. The technicians are extremely polite and knowledgeable about bugs! UGH! They know how to get rid of them!

Marcello and his partner came to the house and were prompt and courteous. They asked what the issues were prior to treating the home. The service was to include knocking down any cobwebs or bees nests and spraying inside and outside the house. The only reason I gave a B for quality is because I am not sure if they sprayed under the house as I have a crawl space and they did forget to get the hornet and wasp nests that were at the front door. Other than that they are an A all the way around. The communication is impeccable. I received a call to advise what time the service techs would arrive, also I have been getting calls on the follow up service. I will be using them again.

They did a very nice job. I haven't seen anything, they did a really nice job. They were nice. They did what I wanted them to do.

Service provider exterior didn't do interior. Called afterwards when I realized interior wasn't done, I called Ashley at Bulwark who said I only paid for exterior. Was supposed to show up between 11am and 1pm. Was finished before I got to the property at 11. Desmond came out and finished the job and did excellent. (everything started as a miscommunication)

They did not show up nor did they call me. Just want my money back. First experience with Angie's List. NOT GOOD!

Marcello was a very courteous and professional technician. He was on time and quick with the interior. We have a dog, and Marcello explained that the interior treatment was environmentally friendly and would not harm us or the dog, which was very good news. He explained how the treatments work and the company guarantee. I was very pleased with his service and signed up for the quarterly service. I will recommend Bulwark Exterminating to others.

Sprayed outside, (even got my Windows!!!) and was wonderful enough to spray inside in problem áreas I was having. Mark was amazing!

Yes I did do them . They came out and did what they said they were gonna do and the only thing was they sort of automatically put you and continue and coming back thing and they sort of like they just do it, they don't really ask you if you want to do it, they just gonna put you down for it, I guess u can cancel it. That's a little out of my range of you know I'm sort of old school you know. They're suppose to ask you your suppose to say yes you know. And so this guy calls me and say oh your on schedule to be done again in June. I'm like well I didn't ask nobody to come back in June.

They were okay. It's just that I had a lot more bugs getting into the house than the other company. I also didn't like to have an appointment every quarter instead of once a year and all that. They came out when they were supposed to come out.

This company is good in-so-far-as they will schedule a visit whenever you see pests. I started using their service 6 months ago, and while I've seen drastically fewer roaches, I still see babies once a week. Every time I see them, I schedule another appointment. There are multiple problems with how they run their business. The first time a technician came out, I wrote my credit card information down for them to charge me. A month later I get a bill saying they never got the information. I've been scheduled for a technician to come out and have them not show up. Twice I've taken off work to meet them and they never showed. I called back and I've never gotten so much as an "I'm sorry". Just "Oh" and a re-schedule. If you ask them to call you before they get to the house so you can meet them, they don't call half the time, and the other half of the time they call when they are already at the house. I've asked for specific types of traps the last 4 times only for the technician to show up without them. I schedule them for a specific time, and sometimes they'll call me two hours early to say that they're there. A technician was supposed to stop by as "their first stop." After calling twice and being told both times "they're on their way" only to wait an hour for no one to show up we gave up and left. I called and told them to reschedule. An hour later I got an email saying they "missed me". I was then told they would send out the regional manager to help me. Scheduled for a Friday only to have a regular technician come without the products we requested. This company has no respect for the customer's time or wishes. Customer service and the technicians seem to have no contact with each other. It's like they're two different companies. Some of the technicians are nice and knowledgeable, some just show up, spray and leave without much regard for what services we ask for. The drivers need more accountability as they are either extremely early, late or don't show up at all 75% of the time. After calling to cancel my service, I was told over and over again that I couldn't cancel because I "signed a year contract." I looked at my receipt, and while there is a space for that contract to be marked, it was not. I didn't sign anything like that, but they try to bully you into keeping their service. This company may be inexpensive, but after 6 months of poor customer service, and still seeing pests, I'm tired of wasting my time and money on such a poor company. I highly recommend that you find someone who cares about your business and will listen to you and help you with your issues. This is not that company.

Very professional and prompt. He explained how they would treat my home (interior & exterior) for pest. Ask if I had any questions and very knowledgeable. Will use them again.

It was fine and they did what I asked them to do. They came and did exactly what they said they were going to do for the exact price they said they were going to do it for. I would probably use them again if I needed the same service.

Bulwark has always done a fine job for me. They ask if I have any special concerns and then they take care of them. They are also careful about my dog who has tons of issues and sensitivity. I have used them many times and recommended them to others. I will continue to do so.

I continue to use them. Professionalism is mixed, some other people are great but others are not so great. It depends on which person they send out. I have the ones that I like and I try to get them back but sometimes, it doesn't work out that way. I am still using them. They are here every three months.

Promises and assurances made by the Bulwark front office are not communicated to the pest control staff. I told them repeatedly that there is no access to my back yard unless I am home. On at least two calls, the pest control guy came when I was not home or not paying close attention and attempted to spray my back yard through my neighbors' fences. Points for ingenuity and commitment but that's not the ideal application process. To their credit, Bulwark sent someone back out to treat the yard. My latest concern is about a double billing in January. I contacted Bulwark and was told there was a problem with the third-party biller. Sure enough, I had not been previously charged so the double bill was actually a catch up payment. However, it would have been nice for Bulwark to alert customers about the possibility of and reasons for the double charge. They have email addresses and phone numbers for their customers and use them to schedule appointments. The same communications channels could have been used (and as an identity theft survivor, SHOULD have been used) to alert customers of the billing issue. With a so-so track record and the billing glitch, I'm going to explore other options among the many well-rated pest control choices in the Charlotte area.

the office people are tremendous. they communicate regularly. dave woolen the technician couldn't be more awesome. professional, beyond polite and courteous. seriously recommend.

They were excellent and will definitely use again.

It went fine. The traps are under the building in the crawl space. Several mice have been caught in these traps. Traps are also inside in closets and in the bathroom. They explained everything completely.

I am still using them. I am actually on a contract with them.

The initial service was fine. From that point on, this company showed up at my home without an appointment, (which does not work for me because I have a dog in a fenced in yard; appointments must be scheduled so I can accommodate.) The company calls me frequently, (sometimes more than once per week.) I did not move forward with this company because of the way they do business. The repeated phone calls and showing up at my home unscheduled/unannounced are unprofessional.

Provider showed up on time and did exactly what he was paid to do. No complaints whatsoever.
