It went very well, had an issue with being part of a contract, After conversation with the good people at Bulwark, all is resolved.

Great, the customer service was outstanding. He came at the time when he said he would be there.

On time for the first appointment. Good job outdoors. Needed a follow up visit for the indoors. So far, so good.

I have so far enjoyed using Bulwark. I thought their pricing plan to be very accommodating. The last tech, Ricky Iafrante, left a very kind note about his visit while we were away from the home.

When they eventually came it was great service. They were a no show for the first appt, i had to call and find out where they were. Turned out the appt before me was taking longer but they didn't call me to let me know which was frustrating. Great service when they came out though.

Excellent. They showed up on time and ready to go to work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Mark is knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. This was a good experience and I will use them again in the future.

Tim Edwards walked with me around my property and listened to my concerns. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain to me why ants were invading certain parts of my home. He did find the main ant nest and was able to kill them all; which was amazing. Thanks to Bulwark for sending us a technician who was knowledgable and thorough in doing a great job.

I'm new to the area (from the north), so engaging a pest control company is brand new to me. Called Bulwark on the recommendation of a friend and scheduled to have someone come to my house today. Service technician Rick Iafrate arrived and handled my new-to-pest-control questions well. He quickly and efficiently treated my home inside, outside and inside the walls, provided me with a quick summary of the issues he noted and creatures he treated, let me know what to expect regarding insect activity in the next day or so from the treatment. Appreciate Rick taking the extra time to answer my questions and let me know how the process works, as well as wearing protective booties inside and declining to shake my hand on the off-chance he hands weren't perfectly clean. Professional, efficient - would like to have Rick continue my ongoing service.

This was a big deal purchase. They were good, but they came by on the inside two times because there will still little bugs crawling and then on the outside it seemed to be good. But there are still spider webs. They are going to come by tomorrow. It is under warranty for, I guess, 60 days, I think. The spider webs are slowly coming back, but I just think that they are a good service and I might use them again. For sure I will use them again before it expires. When they come out on the warranty there is no cost. The bugs kept coming for a while. It took a while for them to be all killed, I guess. Now, inside there don't seem to be anymore but the last ones were crawling around maybe up to about 10 days ago. I don't see any more crawling. Outside they say that is where they come in from and I did see spider webs. That has been a while. Initially they seemed to clean them off and then they slowly started coming. Then sometimes I would have called them a little sooner but I just wanted to make sure they kept coming. I thought the spider webs would not come up that fast. That is my only complaint. They told me someone would come by. If I waited until, say, Monday, they might not have come back free.

8/2/16 visit arranged by Scott on 7/22 @ 7:40 PM - Bryan will be tech. Scott did not seem to have all of the info submitted on Angie's list form. $68 Angie's List one-time special in/out PM treatment. Brian arrived in the early part of promised window, put on foot protectors, explained what he was going to do -- baseboards, inside problem outlets, de-web and spray exterior for ants and spiders, etc. (pet and people friendly chemicals) listened to our minor issues, explained charges (none beyond the pre-paid deal) and 60-day warranty. He also mentioned other treatment options - bi-monthly, seasonal, etc. He was very polite and went about his business in a proficient manner. He was very appreciative of the tip offered, which he initially declined. Bryan was gone in about an hour. Overall, a pleasant visit - will use again.

Hakeem came on a very hot day and provided thorough service. He listened and addressed the areas of concern I had. I appreciate Bulwark taking me on as a client and providing service within 2 days of my call.

Bulwark's tech manager was very thorough. He was diligent and asked good questions to ascertain the crux of my problem. He spent time educating me on how the reproduction cycles work and how to manage my german cockroach problem. I have lived in my house for over 23 years and not had an infestation like this one. I am very pleased with Bulwark's initial service.

It was good. There were no additional charges. I had to reschedule it two or three times. They were not there on time. That's what I didn't like. It was not effective the first time. I had to call them a second time and still it was not up to the standards I would have liked.
