Bulwark Pest Control always keeps me informed when it's time for a pest control treatment. Technician Austin Hildreth is great. He is friendly, thorough and professional. He's also a good listener who's ready to answer my questions. The office personnel are very cordial and ready to assist however they can.

Our technician David Wollen was on time, professional and friendly. I would recommend Bulwark for all pest control needs.

David Woolen is quick and effective, he listens to the customer concerns and takes quick action. He also gives feedback on what we as the homeowner can do to effectively help resolving the issue from continuing. He has always been very friendly and never makes us feel like he's in a rush to leave, but takes time to listen and discuss solutions and observations.

My techs are the best. Knowledgeable and thorough and they listen and take care of my concerns. I originally found Bulwark many years ago with an Angie's coupon and getting started was super cheap compared to other exterminators I called. Since then I have been a loyal customer. One call if a concern comes up and they are on the way as soon as the next morning. This time round my termites came up in an inside wall, They checked all the bait boxes, sprayed inside of the wall and sprayed around the perimeter. Two trips at no charge with my affordable contract.

Devin Nickell, Bulwark, serviced my outside perimeter and garage. He is always friendly upon arrival and communicates what is being done so I am not in the dark. I had a complaint about webs in my garage , he addressed the issue immediately with a smile.

This was our first treatment for mosquitos so I can’t comment yet on how well it will work this summer. However, everyone has been very pleasant to talk to. Robert H. did our first treatment and he was very nice. He did a great job explaining the service and verifying the cost. He was also very thorough in the treatment making sure to get all the shrubs and trees.
