Just had service performed so not long enough to assess if program effective long term. Technician seemed knowledgeable. Did not perform everything advertised but felt our problem didn't require full service as advertised. Very communicative about what he saw and recommendation. Offered "guarantee" if any problem came up requiring attention.

Bulwark has serviced my lawn every six weeks for the past few years. I'm very pleased with the service and the price is reasonable--$70.50 every six weeks. The cost goes up maybe 5% a year even though the government says we have a 2% inflation rate. It's still good value for the money. The first time they serviced the property they came inside the house and sprayed for bugs and blew a dry powder into cracks along the floor and under cabinets. They also put down a sort of death strip along the house foundation. Their approach is to get rid of bugs inside the house and prevent new ones from getting in. For me, their approach has worked just fine. Most recently, George Brewer serviced the yard and he did the usual thorough job. As usual, he left a receipt detailing the names and quantities of the pest products applied. I like that very much. I recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Great, the man who came out was completely professional and informative. I have not had any problems since. In addition I did not notice any odor and my pets had no reaction.

Bulwark would not honor the discount. Their explanation was that the discount is good only once per year, however this was not mentioned in the details associated with the details or even within the fine print. Therein lies my disappointment...I suggest that Angie's List and Bulwark work together to address this detail so that it is transparent to Angie's List subscribers and to Bulwark customers. I had to get a refund on the $59 deal and will need to pay for the services ($89 per quarter) separately.

I have an annual contract with them. They come out every 90 days. They came out to retreat for fleas/roaches in a rental. They took care of it. They are very prompt. There wasn't a bad part of the experience. They were very responsive and have a 90 day warranty.

Had a 9:00 am appointment with Tech on 11/28. Appointment was set on 11/22 via a central call desk. At 9:15 am I called to get an eta for the Tech. After some time and checking around, the central call desk found my appointment and said they appear to be running behind and he will be out. Since I had to get to work I asked if the Tech could call with a simple eta or if the call center could confirm a better eta and call me back. As of 10:55 am no call back. My experience and expectations were not consistent with the great reviews on Angie's List and customer service claims on their website.

Technicians did not listen to or ignored the 2 prior requests I made to not spray outside of the house (didn't want external bugs/insects or my children's play area to be affected by the pesticides).

Mike, the service rep, emailed me before his scheduled visit and provided a time line. He arrived on time and let me know he was beginning his work around the house. He is always, prompt, professional and friendly and this visit was no exception. If you own a business Mike's the kind of employee you want. He always does a great job and goes the extra mile to insure that I'm satisfied.

Mark Jarvis was punctual, friendly, and explained everything that he did. He was in and out and on his way. Didn't try to sell me on additional services which I really appreciated. Nice guy:)
