It went just fine. They were right on time and gave us a good spray. Also, it is guaranteed for 30 days, and if I should see anymore ants, they told me to call them back. It went very well, All categories were very good, price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.

The technican (Randal Coleman) was fabulous. He explained exactly what he was doing and walked me through the process. He was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I told him the landscapers had mentioned an ant hill in my backyard. Upon first glance you couldn't see any anthills because it had rained the prior few days. He poked around in my backyard and was able to find it and take care of my ants. I would highly recommend Bulwark. They are a little pricey but definitely better than other services I had used.

Prompt and courteous, our tech thoroughly went over the yard and made sure to treat all the anthills and not just the ones that are immediately visible.

Bulwark was great. Chris was great to speak with on the phone to set up an appointment; Ben Sykora was on time for the appointment (and called ahead), explained what he would be doing, answered questions that I had, and finished up quickly so that I did not have to take any time off work. Beginning to end, the service was outstanding.

I hired Bulwark because I had seen an increasing number of ants in my home. I immediately called Bulwark because I have heard from friends and neighbors that Bulwark was a reliable company who they have worked with for past few years. My technician, BEN SYKORA, want awesome! He took the time to answer my questions and was willing to spend the extra time to educate me on the services he was providing. I have not seen an ant since he has been here and it has been almost two months. I would highly recommend BEN SYKORA to anyone who needs a reliable pest control expert!

Randy identified numerous wasp and bee nests and sprayed them, gave me a detailed explanation afterward, including what to watch out for, and discussed the one area of the roof that would require special equipment to reach. I appreciated the comprehensive service and thorough explanation.

did not do advertised job. Had to come back. When they returned, the single technician had quite an "attitude" and was not cooperative or customer-focused. For multiple reasons, I would not hire this company. However, the prime reason was because of this technician.

The technician, Greg Slosek, was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was raining, so he did as much as he could do inside, and scheduled a follow-up for outside treatment.

Went great, Jose Rivera came out and went under our home to check for termites and thankfully didn't find any and explained how their system works / Jose went through everything with us the cost and them coming out every three months to change out the bait traps / bottom line I no our home will be safe and that is what matters the most.

David Woollen has been our agent for several years. He is always punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. Today he offered extra help with an ant issue we are having.

As requested, the tech called 30 minutes in advance and was very knowledgeable as I asked several questions pertaining to the bees. Marcello was great and I would highly recommend him. I feel better after speaking with him and receiving the extra treatment. Thank you Marcello!

Raymond Ray in the bees knees! Always super friendly and goes over the treatment process so you understand what's going on.

He is courteous, knowledgeable and most accommodating in taking care of my specific concerns. I want to also recognize Bulwark for their great flexibility in meeting my schedule. Due to unforseen circumstances, I asked them to change Raymond's arrival time and they did so without any problem. Raymond called ahead to make sure I was home, arrived on time and did a great job!
