German cockroaches are prolific and challenging to get rid off due to their high and speedy reproduction. They have totally gone due to the diligence of my technician who knew how to manage it.

The technician, Ryan Smith, showed up on time and well prepared to tackle the pest problem. He is very professional and very thorough. He went through 2 story house inside (paid special attention in the kitchen area where we found the cockroaches) and then outside in the yard and around the house. He did a fantastic job to ensure every detail is covered!! I feel much more better now knowing pest is under control.

Rep. was very professional and courteous. During his initial callback, he had explained what the service included and the guarantee. He recommended further periodic service but did not push the issue. At my home, he covered that info. again quickly and explained what he'd be doing in and around the house. He was friendly but did not waste time. (Too many service people get chatty and even "personal" -- he didn't.)

Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous. Technician, Zach W. was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
