Bulwark Exterminating - Charlotte

Have been using them for about a year now. Remaining pest free!

I am not sure where to start with this review because my experience with this company was so horrible. So please forgive the poor grammar and ramble.... I called to ask about the initial treatment after seeing the offer on Angie's List. The CSR told me the initial service would take anywhere from 30-45 min depending on the size of my house etc. and then subsequent visits would be faster. My initial treatment was scheduled for Saturday 6/3/17 afternoon . The gentleman arrived on time but he seemed displeased to be at my home on a Sat. Afternoon. He pulled out a yellow sheet told me my service would be every other month. I asked him a few questions and he told me to call customer service if I had any questions. He had no answers for me. He sprayed a couple corners in my rooms and was literally at my house less than 10 min. It was not thorough and something I could have done myself. I called and asked for another service because clearly that was not what Bulwark advertised. The gentleman who came the following weekend was very pleasant and helpful. I decided I did not want to continue every other month service so when I received the phone call regarding continuation of services I explained the situation and that I DID NOT desire to continue service with Bulwark she said something like " oh that is completely understandable I am sorry to hear about your experience" placed me on a long hold and came back on the line "ok so I am confirming your every other month service". When I asked her if she heard anything I said she told me she would need to place me on another hold and transfer me to the cancellations department by then my lunch hour was over and I had to call back to cancel my service. Long story short if you are looking for a reliable organized company with good customer service Bulwark is not it.

So far all is well. I would hire them again.

Great, as always. We've been using Bulwark's preventive pest control service for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say. The best part about Bulwark is the technicians who service our property. They're friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The same people come to our home each time, which gives us a feeling of comfort that we are now familiar with the people entering our home. Tim Edwards and Buddy Dunn do a great job and represent Bulwark well!

Jason Testa did a great job spraying our house inside and out. He is very professional and polite. We asked him to clean some cobwebs inside our deck and he did. We will continue to use the service.

They were on time and did a good job. The ants were a 1 time thing up to 30 days. The mosquitoes are a 3 month contract. The manager even called me after to see if I was pleased. He told me any time I needed them to come back to just give them call. They were very pleasant and friendly!

We had cleaned out the pantry, thrown everything away, and they were mostly disappearing. When the exterminator came, he was of the opinion we had taken care of the problem on our own and did not feel treatment was needed. Honest guy! And he was right. No sightings!

This was the first time we used a pest control service and are very pleased. Ben arrived promptly and was very efficient, treating both interior and exterior of the house. We only saw two bugs in the next day or two, which was expected and then no evidence of pests at all. We definitely plan to use Bulwark again. Subsequent visits will be every other month and will treat exterior only. If the insects return anytime Bulwark will return for free. Luckily we haven't had to call.

It went very well. Zack W. was amazing. Excellent attitude and customer service. He got in, sprayed what he needed to, talked me through what he was doing, and got out. It was the most hassle free visit from a pest control service operator that I have had.

Zach was awesome! Very professional, on time, and explained what he was doing. He was VERY polite. He answered any questions that we had. If this is the way every tech is with Bulwark, then you have nothing to worry about! I highly recommend them and especially Zach. I have a service contract with the company for the next year and the prices are very reasonable.

The treatment went well, and there were little to no bugs in the house that year. They were very professional. They are very good at communicating what they are doing. I had used them before, and would defiantly recommend them.

Tim is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about each different pest type. He takes the extra minutes to make sure every area has been treated. He makes sure we know what's safe for our dogs and what's not safe. We are on Tim's regular route, but when we need a between service Tim makes it here, even if he has to make his work day longer than scheduled. I would recommend Bulwark and Tim to anyone. He deserves a big raise, as he is the associate that every service company longs to hire.

Jose Rojas Rivera is the best tech at Bulwark. He has taken care of our pest prevention at our home for over two years. When Bulwark said he wasn't coming, I would tell them I will only have Jose come to our home to take care of the pests around our home. He does a thorough job and knows his stuff. I'm glad he is back in our neighborhood and his smile and trustworthiness is all I need to request he come and treat our home. Thank you Jose.

The customer service was great and their follow up was great. Bought a package for 12 months treatment.

Excellent service. Bulwark employees are always friendly and responsive on the phone, and the tech (Ryan Smith) listened to our concerns and worked on solutions for the pests we were seeing inside / outside our home. Great experience, will continue to use Bulwark. Thanks!

Randal did a great job! He was on time, had excellent demeanor, was very thorough. As I walked with him, he gave me excellent explanations and info. He saw my bird feeder, and he warned me that I should keep them farther away from my back porch. He offered to come back if need it.

They showed up to do the estimate. Couldn't complete because they wanted a second person to look at the info. Never heard from them again

Ryan Smith did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He even was knocking down spider weds around outside. Pricing is a little more than cleggs however cleggs is far less professional.

Greg did a great job and was able to answer my question - he had bug knowledge and was even able to give me a tip on dealing with a wood-******. Bulwark is also always conscientious of our animals as well.

They took care of everything needed. Also paid extra attention to ant mounds in backyard.
