Raymond Ray is always the person who comes to service my home. I love that I always get the same person because most companies have a random person coming in every time you need a service. Bulwark is personable and Raymond is God sent! He is always very respectable and helpful. ALWAYS punctual or early. I have never had a time slot where he came late,ever. He is quick and informative in everything he does.

Ben from Bulwark exterminating came in and addressed all our concerns. He was by far the best price and was very honest. He did not rush through the process of spraying...he wanted to make sure he got rid of our pest problem. I will highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

I signed up for Bulwark's pest control services based on their reviews on Angie's List as well as after talking to their salesperson. During the conversation, their sales person insisted that they will come out as many times as needed to completely resolve the pest issues at our home. We were having issues with spiders, crickets and ants and the salesperson sounded very confident of their ability to handle all these pests and also tried to sell the services based on unlimited visits to resolve the issue and their great customer service. During their first visit, everything went well. The technician treated the house inside out including the garage. He also spread the granules in our yard to take care of bugs and critters in the yard. Everything went well for a couple of months. Then we had a bad ant issue in our family room and I called this company. They said the earliest they can come out was after 3 days which was not really acceptable. What were we supposed to do, live with ants for 3 days? On their website, they claim that they will be out either the same day or the next but that wasn't the experience I had. Instead of waiting for them to come out, I used Terro ant killer and that got rid of ants very well. Then we started seeing the spiders again in our yard and I asked them to come out again for the service. The gentleman who came out did not perform the full service like the first time. He brought a small canister of some kind of spray and started spraying inside/outside the house. When I asked him if that small can will get rid of all the spiders around our house, his exact statement was - "getting rid of spiders is tough". I just called the company after he left and terminated our services right after that.

They come out and treat the outside but I've asked several times to ring the door bell to get access to the basement. I have to have them come repeatedly. They have no problem coming back though. They're punctual. The work takes less then an hour.

I had started to look around for other service providers as I did not think I was getting the kind of service I was promised but with this visit I am a bit more positive. Tim was amazing! He came in, introduced himself and asked about the trouble areas. He treated all of the trouble areas and more. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. I feel like my home is in great hands with Tim!

They come out and spray the yard instead of just around the house. Excellent service. Price is very good.

Robert Haynes was my technician this time and took time to ask me about current and past issues, treat them thoroughly and make sure he answered any questions I had.

I actually had Bulwark twice. The first time I was VERY impressed with the service provider. The gentleman they sent out was comprehensive in his treatment of my home. The second time was a quick hit and miss by a different worker. He did not clean up the webs and really spent very little time in or around my home.

Excellent. They've been coming for a while now. Last time they came was about a week ago. They've been coming at least once a month for at least 6 months. Well they're good and I want to give them credit for being good cause so many people really aren't. If the customer doesn't want them to come inside, the can just let them know that. They do the perimeter of the house, outside and the perimeter inside and any areas where I seen a potential problem or where they know its a time that ants come. The kitchen, they will spray around that part. After a week to ten days, you see that you have a problem, they come back for free. How would I grade that? It seems entirely reasonably to me. I have them come every other month and they charge me $70 and it's worth it. As long as I am still in this house I will continue them and if they service wherever I live, I'll have them come there too.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also works quickly and efficiently. And, this company will make house calls as often as you call.

Had to have a second treatment due to continued bugs. Company was responsive and quickly had the tech come out for another service call. Problem is much better after the two treatments.

The work was performed in a friendly, professional, timely, and thorough manner. I was very impressed with the service technician, Phillip, in the manner that he provided the treatment as discussed above. When I have my future scheduled pest control treatments I would like for Phillip to be the service technician.

We have noticed some spiders. I called customers service and I had a tech out to my house the next day! Donny Moss was the technician that came out and arrived 15 min early! He was friendly and addressed all of our concerns.

Great! Ryan Smith was the tech that came out and he was very thorough, spraying around windows and doors, removing webs from eaves and around our front and back porch. Very friendly and courteous!
