It went well except I was told they would follow up the next week and they never did. The person on the phone and the person that showed up asked if I wanted to sign up for their continuing service and I declined. Two months later I got a bill for the continuing service.

Gerard 'Buddy' Dunn was a substitute for our normal route technician. He was courteous, professional and even a little early for his appointment. He did an excellent job and would recommend to anyone. The whole Bulwark team is one in the same.... Excellent! Mark in Weddington

Robert Haynes provided services for us on 10/5/17. He was very professional and polite, and exceptionally thorough and meticulous.

They did a good job. I feel they stood by their work. They not only came out one time and sprayed they said they would come back out and spray in the next 60 days, so I called and they came out and sprayed for no charge. They sprayed the outside for both visits. I felt the people that came out tried their best and I appreciate that. I have had no problems so far.

The technician was punctual, very knowledgeable about the product that was to be used and extremely professional and polite. The service Mr.Marcello provided went very well. I am appreciative that he also went beyond duty to cure any areas that bugs or crawly things may appear.

Very responsive, great rate, did the job in one hour. We had to leave the home because of the chemicals, the technician completed the applications in one hour, locked up the home and called us to confirm he was done. Great professionalism, definitely going to make them the regular pest control.

Bulwark came did the treatment and was punctual. I feel they were very thorough but after the treatment, I saw a couple of pests. Bulwark sent other person out under their 60-day guarantee and treated some areas again. The tech, Stephanie, was very knowledgeable and explained because of the rain that she would need to come back and do the exterior treatment when it wasnt raining or rain in a few days of treatment. I will reschedule the outside treatment next week.

Jason came and sprayed the house for me today, he did a great job. Not only did he get all the windows, doors, ect. that other pest companies have sprayed but he pointed out that I had gaps around my pipes in a bathroom and how that can allow bugs into the house (also gave a quick and easy way to seal around the pipes). No other technician has ever mentioned that and I never look under my sinks so I never noticed it myself. Jason (the technician) came exactly on time, was quick and efficient, and I believe represents Bulwark well. Thanks! I will definitely use this company again and I am thankful for the work done.

This was my second service call by Marcello. He took time to find out how things had improved since the previous application. He also asked for my input on what areas if any I wanted him to address. A total professional and the results are still positive.

Bought a Groupon for the initial service but signed up after the service. Greg, the technician, was great. Listened to our problem, explained what he thought it was and the appropriate service, explained the lifecycle and how the bugs got in. Looked over the house while treating and pointed out areas to keep and eye on or places where bugs could get in. He is very detailed. I would highly recommend.

We've been using this service for over a year and they always do a great job. We have a zero tolerance for bugs in our house, and this service works! We have the same technician (Tim Edwards) every time, so we feel comfortable with him being in our home and appreciate his professionalism. Service technician, Gregory Slosek, arrived, checked in with me to see if I had an specific problems that needed to be addressed and went to work...later he returned to let me know he was finished. At this point, I realized I wanted him to treat an area in my garage, and he did so graciously. Mr. Slosek represented Bulwark extremely well! Good job for both the technician and the company!
