Service was excellent. Efficient, thorough, and made sure to target our trouble areas. Ben Sykora was friendly and explained everything he was doing, answered all or questions.

Robert Hayes arrived on time for quarterly pest control but sincerely asked if there were any other problems he should be aware of. When I told him I had seen a few ants, he probed me with questions, performed an exhaustive inspection inside and out, provided me with a plan and then took care of everything at that time. Remarkable. Thank you Robert! great service.

Mark Jarvis is my representative and is always on-time, extremely professional and pleasant, a joy to speak with and completely understands what my needs are. When I have a situation (Cicada Killers last year) that I know nothing about, he definitely does. He knows what to do and always follows-up to make sure everything was cared for. Mark understands current issues in my area and asks if I have encountered any of those issues. Essentially, if I forget to mention something to him, he STILL has it covered.

Gerard Dunn from Bulwark Pest Control did a great job in a very timely matter. Gerard sprayed for lawn pest and he made sure he sprayed everywhere possible.

Edmon Kennedy was SO helpful and went above and beyond my expectations! He was in the beginning of the 12-3 appointment window. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to best address our issues. He took the time to talk to me and go over all of our concerns and answer all my questions. He had also read my file and knew that my kids were sensitive to chemicals and asked me how I'd prefer to proceed. We have used Bulwark Exterminating for over a year now, but if it's possible to request particular technicians, I would request him again in a heartbeat!

Robert Haynes very polite, knowledgable, and conscienceous. Asked if had any questions at beginning and end of job. Knows the product. Happen to look out window and he went back rwice over an area that was difficult to get to, making sure it was done right; don't see that much these days, thank you.

I've been a Bulwark Pest Control for bout 18 months. Our March application was performed by Greg Slosek who is our regular technician. He's professional, friendly and responsive to our requests. Greg email us and provides his approximate arrival time. He always lets us know when he arrives and asks if we have any specific issues he should know about. Greg performs his work in a highly professional manner and I would highly recommend him

Tim Edwards is an excellent technician. He arrives on time during scheduled service hours and does a great job keeping fire ants and other insects out of our home and yard. Tim details everything he doing, and is very friendly. We have been with Bulwark for over a year now, and he is the prime reason why. Highly recommended

Matthew Rayburn performed our services today. His appearance and professional customer service was far above what was expected of a service man or woman. We have used Bulwark in the past and will continue to use them. (NO MORE BUGS HERE). If the customer isn't satisfied they will go above and beyond to correct it. They are not after the dollar but, complete satisfaction and that is why we chose to stay with the company.
