We were still hearing a good amount of noise so he came back out and placed some different traps in the attic that would kill the rodents right away (regular mouse traps). Great job. This was a service in between our scheduled service (i.e. free/covered). Alex Ross from Bulwark came immediately and was right on time. He was in contact with me and came over and answered all my questions and did the service for us. Happy he is in our territory and would definitely use again.

I’m between my regular service I was seeing ants. I emailed requesting help and received a prompt response from Gerald Dunn. He was here the next day less than 24hrs from my request.

The process went very well. I was apprised of times to expect the technician, and shortly thereafter the technician, Gerard Dunn, contacted me to advise that he had to bring his vehicle in for servicing the following morning and that I should not expect him until later that morning. He again contacted me the following morning having finished with the servicing of his vehicle and gave me an expected arrival time. This courtesy was most helpful as I had many commitments that particular morning. He arrived ahead of schedule and proceeded to perform the job quickly and professionally. The experience far exceeded my expectations.

Andy Arnette did a great job the other day when he came out. We've been very pleased with the service we've received from Bulwark.

Mark came out, sprayed and did his thing outside, and was very professional about it all. Answered any questions I had and advised to call if we have any problems at all. As it was raining, he did indicate that he would do a follow up on the outside after things dried up a bit. So far, so good.

It went well. They checked in with me each week and stayed on it until the mice appeared to be gone. And if they are not, Bulwark will return to solve the issue.

I'm an existing Bulwark customer and recently noticed quite a few fire ant hills in my yard so I called Bulwark to have them send a technician to treat. Andy Arnette showed up the next day on time and I showed him the ant hills as well as another bug issue I discovered that day. He went back to his truck, grabbed what he needed and performed the job in an efficient and professional manner. He went above and beyond to listen, advise and help resolve all my issues.

It went great. Andy Arnette took care of the problem and additionally treated other areas where no ants were seen. He also suggested adding granules outside, which he took care of immediately. He also left ant gel should there be a future problem.

The technician Robert Haynes called when he was on site and updated me after about what he did. He also took great photos that helped us show the quality of the work he preformed to our clients. I would highly recommend the Bulwark team, receptionists were always knowledgeable and helpful. Preston the manager was great at finding us a time on Monday, I called him late Saturday afternoon about the issue. If you want fast,good price and quality service use Bulwark Extermination!
