Great. Been using David Woollen with Bulwark for years and always top notch.

Great. Tyler was very professional and prompt and even suggested that he return next week to respray when it isn't so rainy. I like dealing with Bulwark.

Tyler E. suggested an alternative treatment because of the threat of rain and listened to my concerns about it needing to be as close to the house as possible due to the presence of honey bees (neighbor has hives). He also treated indoor even though I hadn't pre requested the treatment. We were discussing issues I was having and he offered a different bait solution than what has been tried in the past.

Came out to spray. Had to do a free follow-up after 2 wks due to additional bugs showing up. That cleared the issue.

Mark Jarvis is our usual teach and he's very friendly. Always asking if everything is ok and will address any trouble areas no questions.

I use Bulwark regularly for pest control services and had a service a few weeks ago... Needless to say that with the wet and muggy weather lately, I noticed three mounds while mowing last night, which were not there last week when I mowed. I have a dog and so this is an issue for her well-being! As I was on the phone with Bulwark trying to schedule an appointment, I saw the truck go down the street. Bulwark texted the tech regarding my issue and Marcello graciously agreed to treat the mounds... And it was already going for 7:00 PM... I am sure he wanted to get home and relax after a busy day!!! Thank you Marcello! You are the BEST!!! I do pay every other month, but last night was at no additional charge... just to be clear.

Tim Edwards was very professional, thorough, and efficient. He was also very personable and explained what he was doing. He questioned me about the problems I was having and what I wanted done. I will request him from now on for my monthly service.

Robert Haynes did a great job educating me on pest control and preventative measures. I appreciate his time and service!

Went very well. I told Tim we had some mosquitos and he sprayed for them as well . Tim is always so courteous and professional !!! He rings the doorbell upon arrival and explains what will be done or ask if we additional services !!!! Very pleased

Tim Edwards has been my Tech for a long time. Every time I see/speak with him, he never fails to impress me. Yesterday I came home and he was treating (killing - haha) my mosquitos. When he was finished I spoke to him about an issue or two. He said “oh I got that already”, and he told me of a hornet’s nest near my front door that I hadn’t seen. He said they were very aggressive, so he saved me and my family from some painful stings. Then he said if, after he treats the issue returns, I should call him for a retreat! That’s why I like him. Proactive, polite and professional. I am now very happy that he will be taking care of some friends of mine as well. R. Daly

Michael Lindsay came by to speak with me after not being pleased with the first treatment performed by different technician. He spent the needed time to get to know me and the issues we were dealing with at the house. I really appreciate that Michael explained their treatment plans and made sure that the proper notations were placed on my account indicating that they will call prior to confirm my appointment. Michael came by and treated out home the second time and did a thorough inspection. He saved this account while saving our home from pesky insects.

My technician Raymond Ray has been the first person that has taken the most time in ensuring I have no bugs. He is very thorough and after he is finished he shows me what he has done and warns me of ant hills that he’s spotted outside and took care of. Since Raymond has been my tech, I had had no issues. He is always punctual and if he has a cancellation, he will call to get me scheduled earlier. I am very pleased with his service.

Excellent. The technician, Robert Haynes was very thorough and explained everything he was doing before he did it. His product knowledge was excellent. He was pleasant and professional.

Technician arrived early. He explained the process and the 60-day warranty. He addressed the extra areas/concerns that i had. The entire process for a ~1500 square foot home took about 20 minutes, including the discussion. Cost was exactly $79.00 as the Angie's List discount said it would be. He also wore covers on his shoes to protect my floors. Great experience. I will keep using them.

Excellent service received today by Mike Lindsay! Mike always shows up on time with a smile and patience for my anxious pups. He’s knowledgeable and very helpful.

With the temperature heating up, I started noticing a few uninvited guests. I called Bulwark and they were able to schedule Marcello to come out at a time that fit my schedule. Marcello is very personable with great energy and always professional. Before he walked into the home, he immediately placed shoe covers on and sprayed the interior of the home within 15 minutes. He informed me that the product used dries fairly quickly and my pets would be safe to roam around. We’ve been using Bulwark for over 6 years now and the service can’t be beat!

Carl Dwyer did an exelent job of educating me on the process and removing the pest problem. Would use again.

Called Bulwark and met with Robert THOMAS who was professional and made sure our ant problem was taken care of by retreating our entire perimeter and areas of concern both inside and outside the house.

Fabulous. Tyler C. checked the traps again. He's been here several times to make sure that the problem is completely taken care of and it is!!!!

Tech arrived on time, called in advance, and we spoke prior to him working about any specific issues, and Gerard took the time to go over the chemicals they are currently using, and that if we have any issues over upcoming weeks to simply call the, and they would come back out, not an extra charge.

Great! Our technician Tim Edwards was on time, professional and extremely helpful. If we have the option I’d like to also have him as our technician.
