We have Bulwark on a quarterly service and have always been impressed. Tyler C. came out today to do an interior spray since we were seeing sugar ants in the kitchen. Those little buggers are persistent! Tyler was quick and professional. He even likes 90’s music!

I have used Bulwark at my home for many years and have always been pleased with their service and responsiveness. At their last regular servicing I inquired about treating an enormous hornet's next above my garage. This was on a late Friday afternoon. The technician and his manager came back at 8 am the next morning, on a Saturday, to remove it. The next week I called them to come treat an infestation at a friend's house. They responded within the hour and came out the same day. They completed the regular service 2 days later. Buddy, the technician, was incredibly professional and thorough in dealing with the issues and completing the regular services at both homes. Preston, his manager, was extremely helpful and responsive. Both worked well after their work day should have been done to insure that all issues were treated and taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Donny moss is the best exterminator! He’s very polite, courteous, trustworthy, well spoken, friendly and extremely effective and efficient at his work. He has been a blessing to me and my family helping to get rid of unwanted pests all while being so wonderfully sweet and having pleasant conversation. We think of Donny as more than our technition, he’s our friend. Will continue to use bulwarks services with Donny and recommend to everyone!

Tim does a great job for us! We signed up for their service plan, but if we ever see a bug, they come right back out and retreat areas. They always show up on time and usually same or next day service!!! A+

Ron Atkinson was the tech which came out today. It was just for routine service, but I had a trouble spot which he was happy to address. He offered some good advice, and was friendly and professional. Good guy, I'd be glad if he was the tech who came out next time.

Michael Lindsay is our Bulwark Technician and he is the very best. Not only does he take care of our scheduled pest control services, today he came out for an extra service to check for "critters" I thought may be under my house. He had to go into the "dreaded" crawl space, took a good look and assured me that all looked good. He is kind, friendly and very thorough. I don't hesitate to call when I need something checked out and I appreciate having the same technician take care of us. We get to catch up on NC State Wolfpack sports before he leaves. I definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Donny Moss was on time, called when 15 minutes out. He showed absolute professionalism from the handshake to the wave good bye. He was thorough in every aspect of the job. He asked about problem areas, listen and fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Donny for all pest control jobs. Also very likable, down to earth tyoe of person.

Ron Atkinson did a wonderful job. Friendly and was here and gone.

We had a great visit by Randy M. Professional and curteous. He helped identify that we may have mice in our garage. I thought the small poop was from lizards. He set a small trap by the garbage can. We also mentioned that we had small ants in our kitchen. He identified those as sugar ants and reminded me that I can always call for a special service visits at no charge. He laid a bait station and explained what we should except. He also treated around the perimeter of the house for those ants, in addition to the normal treatment. The visit was definitely worthy of leaving a review. Thanks Randy.

Tim did a great job, coming back in between services to refresh spray perimeter to ensure bugs around our home were kept to a minimum. Highly recommended and a big shout out to Tim!
