Description of Work: The offers are, of course, attempts to get you to sign up for periodic service, which I was not looking for at the time, since I was just moving into anew old house and have no real idea as to and pest issues I just wanted an initial treatment, which they performed to my satisfaction, on par with the large company we use at my place of employment for pest control.

Description of Work: They were very professional and explained exactly what they were doing. I asked about pets and they printed a list of chemicals just in case something happened. My only issue was that immediately after our service we started getting black ants sporadically in our shower. we never had an issue with that until after our service. Could just be a coincidence. Otherwise we are happy with service.
