Marcello took time to answer some questions I had. I appreciate the fact that he did not make me feel stupid.

When I first contacted Bulwark I was not happy, in fact I had drafted a very pointed review of how disappointed I was but, Bulwark was responsive to my concerns and proved how important my business was to them. It began with me getting multiple quotes, Bulwark won this round so I schedule an appointment. The appointment time came an went, no Bulwark, no phone call, still have the bugs PLUS I had recent turned down other very professional services but were beat out on price. Now I'm questioning if I'm seeing why. Called Bulwark, their driver claimed they couldn't find my location, granted this not the first time someone had problem finding my home, but it was the first time no one called for directions. Bulwark admitted the mistake, we agreed to a financial compensation for them to try again. Next appointment came and went, no Bulwark, no phone call, still have the bugs. Called Bulwark, less than happy as you might imagine, this time it was a scheduling error on their part. Once again agreed to a financial compensation if I would give them another chance. Now this is getting expensive for them, BUT they refused to let it end with a dissatisfied customer and a few hours later Jordan showed. I'm glad I gave them another chance. He took his time, asked questions, listened to my concerns and set forth treating my home and did a fantastic job. I would like to say I haven't seen a stink bug since his visit but given these are flying insects that would not be possible, as pointed out by Jordan before he started. But I can say he knocked the **** out of the population! It was a rocky start with them but the issues were resolved and they more than proved they are customer focused. For me, it's not so much if I have problems with a company, things happen and I understand that, it's how a company responds that is important and Bulwark cleared that bar with room to spare. It's still to be seen how well they do going forward, they impressed me so much that I signed on for their maintenance program, but for now two thumbs up.

Excellent. I have been using Bulwark for almost 14 years. To put it straight to you they get the bugs and make them gone! Today I had the pleasure of having Ronnie Atkinson treat my home. By far the nicest, happiest hard working Technician yet. I asked a ton of questions (always do) Ronnie was fast with his answers and explained things about the chemicals I did not know anything about. He took his time but was also fast only because he knows his job and well I might add. It was hot out while he was here, no complaints or complaining about the weather, he was only interested in making sure the task was done right and that I was satisfied. I really enjoyed his company. If I could I would certainly give him a raise. What's not to like about someone working for a company that the consumer trusts and then have one of the companies hard worker come to your home with a smile and knowledgeable about his task. Ronnie is the man and I highly recommend him and Bulwark to everyone.

Robert Haynes showed up on time, explained everything clearly and preformed services. He treated inside of home for ants , etc. also sprayed back yard.

Received call in advance letting us know of arrival within 30 minutes. Tech, Pam D. was very efficient, did thorough job, and did interior of garage as door was open. Took time to update after job was completed to inform that all looked good, no indications of any issues.

Greg Slosek was friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and their excellent service is worth every penny.

Carl Dwyer was our technician and he took great care of us. He treated the wall outlets inside the home and sprayed the perimeter outside as well. He also showed up early, which was much appreciated since I had to get back to work.

Called to switch pest controls companies and they got me service in 2 days. Alexander was very professional and knew his product. Looking forward to continuing service with them.

Ron did a great job and was very though. I appreciated his attention to detail and friendly professional demeanor.

The technician was Pam D. and she was very thorough and professional. Shortly after Pam left a bird made it into the garage and got stuck on one of the bug catching glue traps. I gave Bulwark Pest Control a call to ask for advice on how to remove a bird from a glue trap and they said that Pam would be back shortly to help. Pam arrived quickly and was a great help in getting the bird unstuck and saving it's life. Pam went above and beyond to help and she is a great asset to Bulwark Pest Control.

As always - Excellent! Greg Slosek always does a complete and thorough job and is detailed and comprehensive in his approach. We'd recommend Bulwark just based on Greg's professionalism and care!

Bob Thomas is my technician and he is the best I have ever seen.

Dave K does a great job. I live in the country so the spiders and spiderwebs are an ongoing issue. He’s responsive to any concerns I have.

Pam D not only spoke to me before she serviced our house, but came back after she was done to let me know places she did a heavier treatment due to seeing active spiders. She let me know that if I saw any problems, to call for her to return.

It was great! Robert Haynes spent more time spraying my home and talking about things to look for than anyone has ever done. I gained some knowledge about pest and he even showed me a place under my sink that needed to be taken care of.

This was our first experience with Bulwark. Our Tech was Tyler C. He arrived on time. He was friendly and very thorough. He answered all of my questions and took lot's of time on this first visit. He reassured me that if we still see bugs they would come back to treat until the problem was resolved. I really appreciate the good service and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Pam, was prompt and professional in her exchange with me. She exchanged the insect traps in my garage and sprayed both the garage and outside of the house.

Alex Ross did a great and wonderful job. A real professional handled my dog barking and running up to him like it was just another day at the job! Will continue the services.
