Description of Work: I contacted them and asked them to contact my wife. They never contacted her so we had to contact them again. They didn't call to schedule the service. They were supposed to come out today and then they started calling my wife and told her that the only way they would come out is if we would sign a contract for year. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: general spray. Stayed home from work for treatment and guy never showed- second time the guy showed up much later than the service window and didn't call to see if that still worked for me. Guy performing the service blamed it on their phone customer Svc agents.
