Description of Work: We are on a maintenance schedule. Technician named Jordan came by as scheduled and walked us through the plan. Cleaned up all the exterior cobwebs, did new applications with a combination of spray and granular for prevention. Jordan even took care of a new wasp nest that I was not aware of.
