Been a Bulwark customer for over 15 years. Without a doubt a great company to do business WITH. Their tech Blake is top notch. Always pleasant to talk to and truly cares about doing an outstanding job EVERY TIME.

The Tech was super nice, listened to my concerns, respected my property.

David W. called to say when he would arrive, and was here at that time. He communicated well, was experienced with our type of pest problem, and took appropriate action. He also let us know that Bulwark Exterminating is available to take any further action as necessary to solve our problem.

I've been with bulwark for 5+years. I really enjoy everything they do for me. I pay $89 every other month. Edman Kinnedy is the guy that always deals with my house. He's basically flipped my trailer up side down. When I bought this place the previous renters were really nasty and so was this place. Edman has gotten it where we do not see any more bugs , rats, ext. Edman Kinnedy is a very knowledgeable and respectful individual. Bulwark y'all are very blessed to have this man

The communication was great, all my questions were answered. Didn’t have the service done yet but so far it’s been good.

I was in the market for a pest management system for our new home after first moving in, it was on my list to get done and admittedly I kept putting it off. About the same time a very nice young man came door to door selling Bulwarks program. I thought "great timing, it was meant to be" even though I had never heard of Bulwark. The young man was knowledgeable and confident so I signed up to pay for the initial treatment and the quarterly follow ups. I will say that the initial first time treatment was great, the tech spent some time on the property, spraying, spreading granules, he inspected underneath the deck and around the pool. He was available to answer my questions and explained exactly what he was doing. When he left I thought to myself "I have made the right choice here". That is where the quality and service stopped. The subsequent "quarterly maintenance visits" consisted of one dude, who showed up without anyone letting us know when they were coming, he would spend 6 minutes (I timed him) throwing about 5 handfuls of granules in the flower beds directly around my house, nothing under the deck, nothing around the pool. Shortly thereafter we woke up to 20-25 small sugar ants on the kitchen counter near the dishwasher, so I called for a treatment, was told that they would call me back, two days later with no return call, after I went to the store, bought stuff, treated the house and the kitchen myself, a tech showed up. Again unannounced, a different tech came and again spent waaaay less than 10 minutes and again threw a couple of handfuls of granules around the house, didn't ask where the issue was, didn't knock to let anyone know he was here, wham, bam, and he was out of there again. Another example is we woke up one morning and found a small bat in the house. We removed the bat ourselves, and immediately called bulwark even though I was pretty sure that bats were not part of our agreement, I thought that it might be a place to start. The person I spoke to on the phone was less than confident about what was included, as was I, I know bats are a tough area. HE assured me that even if it was not covered, that there were people that we worked with and they could recommend someone. Awesome, whatever it costs, just let me know. We waited, I called back, nothing. I finally just googled a company and had them come out and inspect the whole house, not bats were found thank god, but it was one call and the team was there within 3 hours. 6 days later I get a call back from Bulwark to see if I wanted to "expand my plan" are you joking? I cancelled on the spot, asked if we were square and was assured that we were. I received three more follow up calls about continuing my service, THREE calls, no call back about the ants, no call back about the bats, not call back when I asked if a six minute 10 handful of granules is what I was paying $187 for, but I got three call backs about re-upping my cancelled service. This company is far more concerned about their money, and far less about taking care of any issues that you have. I received a collection call today for $115 to Bulwark, again without receiving a single call, email, text message, flare gun, smoke signal or letter in the mail. Since cancelling my Bulwark service I have retained Victory Pest control and could not be happier. Steer clear of Bulwark at all costs.

I accepted the Bulwark Exterminating deal on Angie's list for a one-time interior and exterior treatment for $84. When a representative from Bulwarks called they advised the "deal" requires a year-long contract for bi-monthly visits for $89 per visit. No where in the Angie's list deal does it mention a requirement for a year-long agreement or subsequent visits requirement. It's a bait and switch!

Bulwark never responded back once I mentioned that the deal from Angie's list.

Marcello was on time today and gave me a complete application. I have had very good results with his work. I can tell he takes pride in having satisfied clients.

The technicians did a good enough job but customer service was terrible in my opinion. I had them set up on auto pay from my bank for regular monthly payments but still got a non payment call every month. After informing the callers (who always ended up confirming the auto-payments were active) monthly it became a bit annoying and made no sense so I can't recommend them. Anyway I've since moved to a different provider.

Horrible. They did not provide consistant service over time and when I cancelled, they continued to bill me. It took 3 cycles to stop billing process. Then they wanted to help me come back to them and improve. No way as they has a chance to do it right the first time

I am not sure if there has been in a change in management, but this summer's service has been deplorable. 1. Service man showing up 4 hous earlier without a text notice 2. Specifically asked not to spray bushes and flower areas, just grass and natural area for mosquitoes, but spraying everything. We had a very healthy community of bumble bees - all dead :( 3. Not sure what was sprayed that was different from other summers, but mosquitoes were back two days later. 3. Gate left opened so we had to chase one of the dogs. I specifically asked to please close gate. 4. Two days waiting for a supervisor to call back (one with a specific appointment for a call) just so I can cancel service, because there is no way to cancel service on line, or by asking the folks who answer the phones!

Marcello was great today. I received my advance call and was able to have a couple of questions answered. He removed spider webs to day also. I highly recommend Marcello and Bulwark!

I do not remember. It was a long time ago, but Angie's List harasses me every time I log in to do a review even after deleting the request.

Marcello, was on time and very respectful. I had several questions that he took the time to answer. The service has shown positive results.

Dave W is awesome. He is sure to get all the spiders and dewebbing done all around the outside if the house, even on the door panes. He always makes sure to secure my dog gates too!! Dave W is great, can’t recommend him enough. Love that they come out at no extra charge in between if you see an increase in activity.

Initial technician never showed. When calling the office to request rescheduling, they told us the service was already performed and we would be billed. After convincing them that our security camera never showed anyone from Bulwark at our house, they rescheduled the appointment. On the second date, the technician showed, rang the doorbell, but did not perform any work. Customer service could not provide an explanation or get in touch with their technician. Seems like if no one is home to hold them accountable, we were paying for nothing. We cancelled the service due to a lack of trust in this company’s integrity.

They were punctual, great price and terms. Explained what they would do and what to look for. If the yellow jackets nest didn’t disappear or if they come back, Bulwark would return at no additional fee.

The Company representative never call or showed up to do the work.

For about 18 months they serviced my house coming every two months and cleaning webs off outside of house and spraying for spiders. I kept finding spider webs. This December when moving stuff around to decorate for Christmas I realized how many webs inside I had not noticed. Whatever they are using was not preventing spiders from getting inside so I cancelled the service. $74.00 bimonthly
