It is good. They are always professional, they always let me know they are here or they leave a note for me on the door. I have been using their services for the last seven years now.

I have been satisfied with their service. They communicate well, and work with my schedule. Their price is fair.

Apparently, every ant in Mecklenburg County thinks my house is a spa resort. With the drought, we have a contract with Bulwark, so they visit every other month for a fixed amount. The best part is, if you need them to return before their next appointment, they'll do it for FREE. We called them yesterday, they were here this morning. They stated they would be here between 8 - 10 this morning: they arrived by 8 and were gone by 8:30, having done everything they needed to do.

I wanted to switch companies a few treatments into the service. I learned I was locked in by an annual agreement. I wasn't happy, but I decided to fulfill the contract then switch. I finished the the year and initiated another contract with another company. Bulwark serviced me again after the contract ended. I called and they said there was still a 60 day written cancellation policy in effect. It's apparently somewhere in the small print. Long story short they have suckered my into another $130 I wasn't planning on paying.

Spoke with Derrick, and Maurice came out the next day. After dealing with other services who require you work on their schedule, it was a great relief to hear them say that they would work around my schedule. Maurice came at 7:00 p.m. Very pleasant and professional. Did a great job for a fair price. We signed up for regular service. Highly recommend.

Bulwark's prices for pest control and termite management were far above the others. I was pleased with their customer service, their professionalism, and prices. Would definitely recommend.

The cost is per year. I would highly recommend them. They do a great job.

Bulwark has been servicing our home for 2 years now. They are reliable, friendly and courteous. We have been very satisfied with their pest service. If there is ever a problem between visits, they are happy to come out and spray at no cost. The only time we were disappointed with their service was when we had a mouse problem. They supplied us with several sticky strips, but did not go beyond that. Had we called them back, I'm sure they would have resolved the issue, but I really expected "the works" the first time. Other companies recommended poison and other solutions. They have been great otherwise and I plan to use them on all of our investment properties as needed.

I called on a Thursday to get an appointment for someone to come out and spray for crickets--had tons of them in my utility room. They said the earliest they could come out for an evening appointment (between 6:00 PM-8:00 PM) was the following Thursday. So I made the appointment, left work early to be there by 6:00 PM, and at 7:30 PM the exterminator called and said he wouldn't be able to make it. It was very inconvenient have to leave work early, and to have to wait a week only to have them cancel. I called Buzz Exterminating the next day--they came the same day. They had already arrived at my house, when Bulwark called trying to reschedule. Buzz is much better--and cheaper and super nice. Highly recommend Buzz over Bulwark.

Good service with a high price. Killingsworth is a much better deal.

Came home from work to check on the house and saw the treatment must've been working based on the dead and dying insects mostly outside, and some inside the house. Only issue was more than crickets came out of the house and as I am completely phobic of waterbugs, palmetto bigs, whatever you would like to call them...they looked like 2 to 3 inch roaches to me. So I called them back and they sprayed again the following Tuesday. The 2nd time I asked them to treat the backyard for fleas as well for the extra 25.00. I am now signed up for quartly treatments. They were professional, on time, and flexible. I will continue to use their company, thanks.

Great experience with the customer service over the phone and also with the exterminator. He came on time and was very friendly. The service was above and beyond what I had expected. They also took care of all my ant piles in the yard without having me point them all out.

The company calls a day or two ahead of my regular (bi-monthly) treatment to remind me of the service call and put pets indoors, unlock gates, etc. I do not need to be home if the treatment is outdoor only, which I appreciate. All the techs have been very responsible and courteous and explain the indoor treatment. On the most recent treatment the tech explained that my collection of paper bags under the sink was a haven for roaches and sure enough when I moved the bags to the recycling pile several roaches crawled out. Most techs have encouraged me to call in a day or two if the roaches do not disappear so they can come for an additional treatment. The techs even take off shoes upon entering my home and avoid/minimize exposure to my elderly cat. My roach problem greatly diminished after the first visit and seems to be under even better control after follow up visits.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Bulwark. They set up an appointment for the service on the day following my call and arrived on time. Mr. Headrick thoroughly explained the procedures he would be following. The product was sprayed in all outside wall switches and outlets. In addition, he sprayed the outside perimeter of the house. We have had no invasive occurrence since his initial service. We have signed up for bi-monthly service for the next year.

THE COST WAS REASONABLE, ALTHOUGH I AM NOT POSITIVE ABOUT THE EXACT COST AT THIS WRITING. THE PERSON SPRAYING DID NOT HAVE ALL THAT HE NEEDED AND RETURNED LATER THAT SAME DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY ALSO SPRAYED IN THE CRAWL SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE.

ALL THE TECHNICIANS HAVE BEEN VERY POLITE, THOROUGH, AND GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THINGS. PLUS THEY USE ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE PRODUCTS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BULWARK.

THEY DIDN'T CALL OR SHOW, THEY CALLED THIS MORNING TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, I WILL NOT USE THEM.

GREAT COMPANY. SERVICEMEN ALWAYS REMOVE THEIR SHOES BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE, AND IF YOU NEED THEM TO COME BACK, THE DO SO WITHOUT QUESTION. PRESTON IS WONDERFUL!

FOUND BULWARK TO BE EXTREMELY EFFICIENT/EFFECTIVE. THEY USE NATURAL BOTANICAL INSECTICIDES (ECHOSMART) WHICH ARE LESS TOXIC CHEMICALS.
