Service went well. Did not want routine maintenance.

Arrived late; rushed through the job, and attempted to charge me for a long term contract, which I clearly communicated I did not want.

I am satisfied with everything and must wait to see the results over the next couple of months.

They did a great job and I will have them back to do some more work. Corey Linker who did the service did a really good job, and was very knowledgable.

It went well. They were very professional and considerate as far as our time schedule.

Punctual and professional. always call before service. I thought it was a one time thing but is costing me almost $100.00 per quarter. Do not think I can afford it much longer.

I was seeing ants in the house and came across Angie's special deal for Bulwark Exterminating. I purchased the deal because the price was right to give a company I hadn't used before a try. I was quickly contacted and an appointment was made within a few days' time for a technician to come out. The technician did what I felt to be a thorough treatment inside and outside my house. However, after a week, I continued to see live ants, so I called Bulwark and told them what I was seeing. They arranged to send a 2nd technician out right away. Then a 3rd treatment was needed a week after that (ants are persistent critters!), so 3 treatements altogether. And I was told by the 3rd technician to be sure and call if I continued to see live ants, that the company would send someone out as "long as it took." Fortunately, the 3rd treatment seems to have taken care of the problem. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and would definitely use Bulwark's again.

They schedule to come out in the evening at dark and had to reschedule. The work was ok.

It was a coupon that I ordered from Angie's List. The service was excellent. He actually ended up knowing my son and daughter-in-law. It was very good. He was on time and very personable, very polite and very professional. He did a great job and I will probably be calling him back to do some mosquito control. We had a little ant coming in and he was knowledgeable about that. I haven't seen anything today. He seemed very knowledgeable. The price was really good with the Angie's List Deal. He was exactly on time and he was able to come at the time I needed him to.

Bulwark has serviced our house for pests 6 or 7 times now, half of them probably have been callbacks between regular services for additional treatments for ants that keep showing up. All of the technicians have been very polite, punctual and professional. Whenever I have had to call in for a re-treatment they have been able to come within a day or two. The price seems about the same as another company we have used before broken down by month. I'm not crazy about the frequency of the ants showing back up, but can't really blame that on Bulwark, I believe they are doing everything they can. Would recommend.

Everything went well. They were on time, explained the work to be done before starting. I would use again.

i used Bulwark through an Angie's list promotion. The tech Sean M was professional, knowledgable and thorough. We will consider using them in the future.

Overall it was better than any pest company we have had out t the house-

We have had some reduction on instincts. They were nice.

It took a while to book the service since I think they had one person in charge of the "Angie's List" deal but the guy was very nice and helpful and the bug situation improved greatly after only one application. I will definitely consider Bulwark again for upcoming pest control needs.

This is an ongoing service where in the technician comes every other month to provide pest control measures inside and outside my home. The technician was very professional upon arrival. He surveyed my home inside and out, asked me what sort of pest problem we were experiencing in the home and proceeded to explain the type of pest and why we was seeing them in the home. He made a few recommendations on things we could do to prevent them from getting inside and promised he would spray a barrier outside to help control their travels inside my home. The technician did an excellent job because I see bugs now, but they are dead. I see the results of his efforts outside and only once or twice have I seen any dead bugs inside. I was very pleased with the initial spraying and have him return on a regular basis to keep the bugs away.

I was happy with what they did. It turned out ok.

We did have some issues as far as when they were supposed to show up but they worked it out. They kept calling me to have the 2nd treatment done especially after having seen my review on Angie's List after the first treatment. The 2nd treatment was much more thorough than the first. They sprayed my basement which they didn't do the first time around. They also spent more time on the other 2 floors plus outside. They knew I was not happy with what happened the first time and the issue with not being on time so they refunded all my money. I am happy with the outcome. I told them if I have problems with bugs in the future, I may call them again. We will see if the 2nd treatment did the trick!

They had an ad on (I think) Angies list so we called them as I have used Angies list many times and have always been pleased as I am with this company. They treated the house top to bottom and so far we have had no bugs. So I am completely happy.

Good communication and easy to schedule. Showed up on time, scoped out the problem and alleviated our concerns. Haven't seen a (living) bug since they came through. Follow up treatment still to be completed.

It was good. They were punctual. The quality was great. The price was phenomenal for the service. They were responsive. They did it fairly quickly and they did it well. They put it in places where they were supposed to be but not where they stood out. They made them look inconspicuous. We were very pleased and the job was done well. We would absolutely use them again.

Got a fast response to my inquiry after buying the 2 service deal. The guy on the phone explained what the services would entail and there was a hard sell for continuous treatment but I stuck to just the 2 visits I'd purchased. The tech came out when promised and was very polite. He treated for bugs inside and out. We'd been seeing a lot of roaches inside and small black ants. He also sprayed for spiders and removed the webs from the outside windows. He said to call if we didn't see an improvement in the bugs. Right away we started seeing dead roaches instead of live ones but the ants were still a problem. I emailed the company asking for a free follow up as promised since the ants were still plentiful. They scheduled a tech to come out a few days later. I can't remember if it was a 2 or 4 hour window starting at 8am. On that day 3 of us were home and I waited through the entire window for the tech to arrive. No tech. Only later did I check my email to find a message that the tech had been there at 8:20 and said we didn't answer the door. Why didn't he call? If I'd known we'd missed him I wouldn't have waited around all day. Also we were home. He must have knocked quietly. By now it was almost time for our 2nd month's visit so I thought we'd just wait til then. I got an email saying what date the tech was coming and was home for most of that day. I don't know if he ever came? I never saw him and there was no notice left behind like I usually get from pest companies. A rep called again to ask how the service had gone and I told him this whole story. He offered to do another month's service for half price. Uh why would I pay more since I still have an ant problem from the first 2 (maybe 1) visits? I declined and will be looking elsewhere for pest control. Like previous reviewers I also got a bill from Bulwark even though I'd prepaid thru Angie's List.
