It was good! They returned calls quickly and showed up when they were supposed to. Scheduling the Big Deal was easy. They offer a every 2 month process and I think we’re going to do that.

When they would come, it was brief. They would always call before coming out which I appreciated even though they were on the exterior of the house. They were very professional. It is turning out very well! I would consider hiring them again.

It was great! They were very friendly. They arrived right on time. They explained everything they were going to do. I didn’t have trouble getting the Big Deal scheduled.

Work was done as expected. Provider responded quickly. Very professional and courteous technician.

It went very well and it was easy to work with them. They guy who came out was very nice and they fixed everything, so I can't complain. They came out once just to take a look at it and tell me what to get. I got it and called them back so it was all within a week.

i scheduled the appointment and the gentleman came out and placed bait stations around the house perimeter. he was prompt, friendly, and did the job. my main concern/complaint with this company is the follow-up. it has been just over three months now and i never received so much as a phone call to schedule for a checkup. so, i contacted the company and requested i be placed on the next scheduled route for my area. i was told i would have been called, and it's not exact with dates, but i am not so sure. i don't like that i feel as if i have to keep on top of companies to schedule maintenance calls that i've already paid for and are part of the contract. after all, what good are the bait canisters if they aren't regularly checked for activity?? after placing the call yesterday, i was contacted by the company today to be placed on a schedule for next week. so, overall, they came out initially and placed the stations without any issues and were friendly. i just am disappointed that no phone calls were made to schedule a followup and i fear if i hadn't called, i may have simply slipped through the cracks. i obviously can't comment on the followup visit, as it hasn't taken place yet.

Specifically asked for a thorough spraying for spiders on the outside of house esp. windows, downspouts and front door area, and certain pests inside. The outside was sporadic with the gazebo and screened in porch not touched. The front door area seemed barely/spottily done and the windows the same. We did appreciate the removal of spiderwebs around the outside although they are right back in many areas. The inside seems ok so far. The tech was nice.

All was as explained and expected. Exterior areas of the house, porch over hangs in particular were treated to prevent spider infestations. We are seeing significantly fewer spiders on the porch as we have in years past.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very good. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. The technician was very nice and courteous; it was great. They are now going to do these service quarterly.

It wasn't the best service, I have had pest control services before he was in and out of my home in less than 10 minutes, they came back out about a week later to do a more thorough job, however I just wasn't satisfied with the overall experience.

Contacted me very quickly. Arrived when he said he would. Have not seen any ants or roaches since he sprayed.

They were wonderful. I had no dislikes. They were courteous, on time and prompt. They communicated with me.

Showed up on time and was professional. Treated the problem requested, and I have been happy so far. Much better than previous service with another company.

It was okay. I still saw spiders after they came through but they came back again. It was no problem. They showed up when they say they're going to show up. The contact was timely.We didn't have a problem with the timeliness. There were no additional charges. I think for the treatment that they did, they do something a little bit different for spiders but they did that and I told them it was a spider. It's definitely a big difference. They came back again with no charge when I had an issue. I would recommend them. I thought they were good to work with. We have a long-term treatment that they asked me about but I didn't sign up for that. But if I continue to have a big cycle and I have to do it more than once a year, I will probably sign up with them.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine.

This company is BY FAR the most reasonably priced for this service! Even without the coupon it's a deal. Terminex came to my home and gave me a quote for $2,400, then I got a quote from another company (I forget the name) and they came in at about $1,100, then Thomas Pest Control for $800..... and I thought that was fantastic. Bulwark was by far the fairest price out there, and especially with this coupon it was a steal. Thanks Bulwark!

Arrived prior to start time. Explained area to be treated, very professional.

They seemed more knowledgeable about dealing with spiders which I had a problem with. They were very professional over the phone. They're very thorough. I was unhappy with the technician they sent out. I think it was just that particular technician. I think the company as a whole is probably good. I have requested a different technician next time but with the person I dealt over the phone was good.

They came out and sprayed for ants. About 1 month later we had a return of more ants in the house. I call them up and they came out and resprayed at no additional cost..

I haven't decided yet if I am getting my money's worth out of this deal yet. I think I have another quarter of monitoring service on my contract and I haven't decided yet if I am going to renew or shop around for a better deal.

Missed appointments.. appears to be internal communication problems. Tech treated only inside due to weather, said would return in a day or so to treat the outside and the crawlspace. did not. I had to call and found there was no record of the follow up appointment. I was told was some sort of computer issue..... A diff tech showed up after I called. He was courteous and professional. Reapplied inside treatment as an accommodation for all the scheduling problems. I am going to use these guys for bimonthly service. Hoping scheduling problems are behind us.

I called and inquired about the products they used- the gentleman was very patient with me and explained that it was non-toxic to children and pets. Setting an appointment was very easy. They arrived early for the appointmen. And the technician explained everything he was doing- very patient. I have not seen one thing since they left. After all this rain, Iwas getting all the critters trying to find some dryness in my house- I signed up for the quarterly maintenance- they are just that good. And very nice too.

Difficult setting it up, then servicer not aware of full exterminating agreement only of bees.

They did a good job; I'm very satisfied.

The technician came out and i shared with him the issue that I had previous stated to the contact person I had spoken to on the phone.I thought he was going to go to the truck to get a hose to spray inside the house but instead took a little can out of his back pocket and sprayed inside my windows and a few corners. I felt that I could have gone to a local retailer like Lowe's, Home Depot, or even Walmart and bought a better product than the one that was used, as previously stated in another review, what was used by the technician was apparently a watered down version, of only God knows what, because when a fly or bug was present it was not affected by the spray that the technician used. The outside was sprayed with solution from the truck but ran out before going all around the perimeter of the house, afterwards some type of granules were used. I feel that the whole process was a waste of my money and I should've gone to Lowe's and saved money and been happier!!!
