They did fine. Their communication was good. They got the job done in less than 15 minutes. They technician was very nice.

They arrived promptly. I was surprised at how simple it was to perform. But I have not seen a live bug on the floor since the treatment.

Everything seemed to go very well. The man performing the work was very nice and appeared to do a thorough job. He took off socket covers and sprayed inside the walls. We definitely will use Bulwark in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they had to come back three times to alleviate any kind of ant problem we had. We did not have a great experience with them. I signed a contract to have them come out on a monthly basis, but I canceled the contract because they were not even cleaning up all the old cobwebs that were around the exterior of the house. I had to ask them each time they came out to do it. I do not think the chemicals they used were potent enough, because they had to keep coming out. I had to be here every time they did an inside treatment so that was kind of frustrating. I did not have to pay any more when they came back out. Every time they came back out they were polite and apologetic so they were great to deal with, but we did not feel they got rid of the problem quick enough. Their price was not bad and they were on time. We had three different people come out to treat our house so their was no continuity of service.

He was punctual and advised me he was here and then got to work. We have had them for a number of years. If you see anything in the house just call and they come right away. We have been very satisfied with their performance.

Technician spent about an hour to complete the job and did everything promised, and answered questions I had, the whole thing went well, no compliant at all.

We purchased a Big Deal from this company. They were very responsive, but I feel like they used the deal to give me a hard sell for monthly service. They were pleasant and prompt. However, we did not find their pest control to be effective.

On the setup and communication of the visit, they were very thorough, explained what was going to be done, how long it would take and called me several times to coordinate. I really appreciated this. The person that came to visit was very thorough, I was not present at the time but my wife says she was given a lot of information as well as recommendations on what to use and how to protect some weak areas. Very caring and concerned about our needs. We will use them again after winter, definitely.

They were so easy and responsive for scheduling a time. They were very punctual and prepared when the technician came to the house. Very courteous and helpful. and spent time in doing a thorough job and explaining everything. I am going to use them on a regular basis! Very impressed with the whole operation. I can already tell a difference in my home. I think their procedure of exterminating into the interior walls (through an electrical outlet in each room) is ingenious!

Professional Office staff, a little overkill from the agent that actually came and did the work. He wanted to explain every single detail of what he did, and we just wanted the service. However; overall the value is good, and I now have them for extended services every other month. I would recommend them.

They were much better. They did very well. They came back when I told them that it didn't work the first time. It was better the second time they came in. I contracted with them to do an annual service instead of a one-time service.

I used them twice. The first time was for a one-time application and the second time, I decided to go with them for the termite contract and an annual exterminating contract. There was no additional charge, which I liked, because they basically told me what it would cost and that's what it cost when it was all done.

Work was performed quickly and proffessionally. Only problem was with the original scheduling for the treatment. Office said they had left a voice mail, but it was never received, and they did not follow up on it to ensure scheduiling. However, scheduling was done quickly, once I called them.

They did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations.

Provider arrived on time and we discussed the problems we have with cockroaches, He then proceeded to apply his pesticides on the interior and exterior of our house. He explained that we "may" see some cockroaches for a few days but they should be all gone in about a week. Our 2 cats are great exterminators but we are still seeing cockroaches.

That was fine. They wanted us to continue on with the treatment which we were unable to do.

Truth be told, I had several problems scheduling this service. There just seemed to be miscommunication between the appointment setters and the exterminators in the field. When I voiced my frustration to Garrett ( who, by the way is awesome), he was very sympathetic, yet not condescending. He worked hard not to lose my business, even when I thought my relationship with Bulwark was over. He called me back and offered me a deal I could not refuse. We set up the appointment. The morning of the appointment, I woke up sick. My appointment was set for 12pm-3pm. I called to reschedule. The person I spoke with told me I was not on the schedule at all that day. "Not again!" Anyway, she told me that because I wanted to reschedule for the following week and their route schedules weren't completed that far in advance, someone would call me to set up a time for the day I wanted. Honestly, I didn't have much confidence that would happen. Well, 2 days before my appointment, I received an e-mail from Aaron at Bulwark saying he'd be at my home on Friday between 8am-10am. Sure enough, Aaron showed up at 9:30am. He explained what he was going to do. He went through my home quickly and efficiently. He was friendly to my dog. He threw down granules around my yard and he was gone. Everything was done in about 15 min. He didn't try to sell me anything, he didn't try to get overly friendly, but kept a comfortable, professional distance. I really appreciate that. All in all, I was quite happy with Aaron's work.

Bulwark immediately sent out an email after I purchased the big deal. They called me within 2 days but we ended up playing a little bit of telephone tag. Finally I was able to talk to someone to schedule and they were able to fit me in right away. David W. showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, how it will work, to keep my dog away from wet spots, etc. I have already seen a noticable difference with less bugs around the house. I have signed on with them for year round treatment. The only reason I gave cost a B grade is because their treatment cost is about $15 more than I was paying in Maryland.

My technician John I arrived on time and explained exactly what the service entailed. I have two small children so I explained I wanted to use minimal spraying in the house. He applied spray to the outside of the house and a granular application. He sprayed the non-toxic dust in the outlets and did the garage and laundry room which were probably the source of the problem. John was very careful to avoid my children's toys and did only the areas I asked. He also removed all the spider webs on the exterior and treated a wasp problem we have been having. He explained that we could call anytime for a retreatment and that they would come out every 2 months to reapply. I was very pleased with the service and john was very friendly. I give bulwark my highest marks.

They did a fine job. Whatever they did seemed to work pretty well. Of course they wanted us to sign a contract and have them come out every two months or something, but I declined as I didn't want to do that. But I didn't have any other issues with them. We paid only the price of the Big Deal.

My townhome community was having a major water bug problem last fall. I purchased a Big Deal for Bulwark to spray inside and out. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. They were very professional, and I hired them to spray every two months after the initial visit. They still perform that service for me.

Prior to the appointment, I received a call from the office to learn about the types of pests we were seeing so that they'd be sure to have the right equipment on hand - great! The appointment went very well. The rep was punctual, polite, professional and very thorough. I was pleased with the attention to detail inside and the extent of the control techniques outside. He even cleaned the cobwebs off the side of the house. The only thing I didn't like was how pushy those who followed up were about signing up for a quarterly service.
