It went well. They tried to sell me other stuff, but were fine that I didn't want it. The person knew what she was doing, was thorough and did a good job.

The service went very well. They person that came out was very nice and very informed. I was very pleased and would recommend them to others. Their prices were cheaper than other companies. They even come inside and put a powder inside the walls which I was impressed with. I was very happy with their service overall.

Bulwark is a great company. We use them quarterly for their pest management service. We had them out in the summer to treat for indoor pests and to spray outside. We are very happy with their service and professionalism. We highly recommend them!

At the initial visit the technician removed outlet covers and put the pesticide in the walls. I was very impressed with this because previous companies sprayed all over the baseboards and we have small children. This seems like a much safer option for kids and pets. We have since had 3 or 4 quarterly visits where they treat the outside perimeter of our house. We called back once due to roach sightings and they came back right away and retreated the inside. We now see only the very occasional roach and always on its back! We are now using them in a rental property as well. I would highly Bulwark to others.

I had them back a couple of times which they said was normal. I still saw insects after they came and I don't bash anybody, they are very nice but they were supposed to come I think this week and I just postponed it because I'm thinking maybe I'll probably try another company. One of the technicians, he was supposed to do the garage when he was here and he didn't then he said I didn't need it but then I was scheduled for it and I have spiders and I saw them myself and he just didn't felt like it and said that I don't need it, so I didn't like that too much. I really appreciate it but all in all, everybody was polite especially the customer service people that I had talked to on the phone. I mean right now it's not bad but for a while I still had ear wigs coming in and they were alive and they all should be gone and they weren't. It was better than it was, that's for sure. The first time, it was outside and inside and expecting time, they said that they would just retreat the inside but I actually called to make sure that I was scheduled for the garage because I consider that inside but the second time the technician didn't do it and said no. I did bring it to their attention about the technician not taking care of the garage and they were upset about it and customer service said that they were going to bring it up and then the next meeting, the technician shouldn't do that. They were supposed to call half an hour before they came because there was a window and both times nobody called so they showed up exactly at the beginning of the window and nobody was ready because we were waiting for the phone call and we thought we have half an hour but they were here right away. I would definitely like to give them the benefit of a doubt and have them out here again.

Some insects were still appearing a couple of weeks after the treatment.

We were disappointed with the service. The first gentleman only opened one electrical faceplate in the entire house. He didn't look in the attic at all. He did not put the granules down outside. He was late arriving and was here for a total of 28 minutes. We called and explained our disappointment. The second gentleman did a more thorough job. Unfortunately, we are not sure how well the product worked. We still have issues with stink bugs (I think) and spiders.

It turned out just fine. Their service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and so far it has been good. I don't know what to expect, and as long as I don't see bugs, it is good. The guy was very polite, he explained everything to us, and did it. I just thought that he was genuinely professional, and I appreciated that. We did have them come out again, and they were very good about that. Not being from here, I didn't know what to expect, and I saw cobwebs. I didn't know if they were there before or not, but they came back out and sprayed. He was great, he showed up right when I expected him. We have a contract with him now, so we would use them again. I really like the guy that they sent out.

It worked out so-so. My bigger issue was with roaches and in spite of their treatment I continue to have roaches. I should have heard from them about a follow-up service which I have not. Quite honestly, I'm not that interested in it any more because I would be paying again and I don't think I want to do that. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

It turned out good. They came about as soon as I bought it. It was the first time that I had used them. My husband was the one that was home and he said it went fine. We were having an issue and we notice a bit of a difference. We did have a mix up on time.

Their service was fine, I just don't like their general program of exterminating every 2 months instead of 3, like most companies.

So far they have been very good and been Johnny-on-the-spot.The mosquitoes were just $25 a month. It has all been good. I just started with them this summer and I haven't had any problems. I'm okay with their price.

Technician arrived on time and performed service in a timely manner.

They've been great. Punctual every visit. They communicate really well as far as scheduling and arrival. Used an Angie's List deal for the initial visits, but their ongoing visits are in line with other companies. Would definitely recommend.

It was great. The exterminator had a clean, non-threatening appearance and was very polite. The exterminator worked quietly and quickly going through the interior/exterior of the house. There was no pressure for any commitments, although I was determined to continue to use them on regular 2 month basis as recommended after my wife discovered a spider the size of her hand inside our home in addition to cockroaches, millipedes, centipedes...yeah we have it all in this abandoned short sale we bought in the woods.

They sprayed according to the deal, We had to set this up several times and they were to call before they showed up as we have dog, but did not call. They were to show us prices for an ongoing exterminating contract but failed to do this when they came. Seemed quite unprofessional.

It's fine. They came in and performed the service. They were on time with their appointment. They did a really good job with communicating. There were no additional costs. It was an "A" for the big deal price but their overall pricing is high. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

They showed up two hours early and didn't call; they just showed up. They wanted me to sign a contract right away.
