Bulwark is always prompt and courteous.

My experience with Bulwark Exterminating was fine. I just got a little frustrated with them because they would call and tell me they had to be set up for a certain appointment without calling me first to see when was good. I know the one time when I told them that I had to call them back with a better time they went out anyway and treated. My concern was that part of the time I was working night shift and didn't want to be disturbed and the other part was about my dog. I was concerned about him because they usually told me that it took about 45 minutes to an hour for the treatment to dry before my dog could go in the yard and I was worried if I didn't know when they were coming out my dog could have been exposed to the chemicals. Mostly for scheduling reasons and difficulties I ended up switching. I still had problems with pests in the house even after they treated.

It turned out good. The price was a good deal. I would use them again.

They were only there about 10 minutes so I don't know how they could have done the whole thing in 10 minutes. I was going to ask him some questions but he was already gone. I wasn't really sure whether they did a good job or not.

The job was okay. I don’t have any type of manifestation lately but there was a misunderstanding because they showed up again I think 3 months later and they told me that they are there to do the job. I told them that I don’t understand and they said that the deal was that I need to continue the service with them. I said I don’t think so and I was little disappointed on that part. They tried to enforce the service like there was a contract. The price of the deal was excellent. Everything was perfect until they showed up to do the service again. The product and service was fine. It looked like nobody talked to each other.

The service man arrived on time. He treated the house inside and out. I have had no complaints since.

They did preventative work to keep bugs out of the house. We used an Angie's List coupon.

They’ve been great. Just like any pest treatment company, I would advise clients to be at home whenever they are doing the service because if no one’s watching, they tend to not to do what they have to do.

The Service has been great from the initial service to the quarterly service. The cost is reasonable and they will come out for any problems you have in between services. The calls and appointments are easy. I would highly recommend this company.

The technicians showed up as scheduled and wore protective booties while they were in the house. They performed the treatment as scheduled. We were pleased with the result and contracted with them for a year to perform regular bi-monthly treatments. Having signed them to treat our home for a year has come in handy as they have made two additional trips to the home to treat for ants that started to appear after an unseasonably high amount of rain and warmth this winter. Each time we have been pleased with the results, promptness, and professionalism of their technicians.

They came out last beginning of summer and they were fine but I didn't continue to use their service because of employment issue. I got a quote through the time that I actually took the "Big Deal". I had no problems with them at all. They were fine and I have nothing negative to say about them. They were very anxious to make sure that they did a good job.

They always do a great job and will even come whenever we call them. For example we spotted some ant hills and they came within a day or two. Will spray the inside of the house if requested.

They were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that I specifically asked if they used the in-wall tubing to treat pests and I was told on on the phone that they did. However, when the man came out he informed me that they only spray interior and exterior and do not use the tubing. Since we just purchased a home with this tubing installed I will not use them again. They were very apologetic for the misunderstanding and the service provider was very polite and friendly.

I purchased this service as an Angie's list special. Very happy with the work that was done.This company did things to control bugs that no other company has done. Of course they sprayed for bugs, but they also removed the covers from wall outlets and treated for bugs as he explained that this was a common entry point for critters. He also was just as thorough when treating outside of our house. It has been a month and all I see now are dead bugs! Also the spiders are gone. Outside we had a major slug problem and a lot of roaches. All are gone!! If you have bugs, Bulwark will eliminate them! I am very pleased with the company and the technician they sent to service my house.

The technician that came to our house was extremely courteous and also explained everything he was doing really well. He was very respectful in our home and we have not had any issues since.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out alright. We have not had any issues since their service either inside or outside so their barrier depth seems to be pretty significant. They need to keep doing what they are doing; it was great service.

Terrible! I have complained of the Service Techs just popping up to service my home without my knowledge. There was never a confirmation phone call. I have complained with 2 technicians on 3 different occasions and I also called the office to complain and nothing was done. On 12/16/2013, I was home but was not able to answer the door right away. When I went to the door about 5 mins after it rang, I noticed the Bulwark Truck in front of my home. The hose was pulled from the truck around to the back of the house. I went to the back of the home and did not witness the technician completing any service. He rolled the cord back onto his truck and left. I went back to the front door to see if he left the a service card. There wasn't any notice in the door. The service calls that I have received have been for the interior and exterior. The unscheduled/unconfirmed service on 12/16/2013 was not completed for the interior of my home and I didn't see the technician complete anything outside of my home while I watched him from the window. I don't appreciate that I have complained 4 times and technicians keep showing up to my home unannounced. I work from home and need to be fully aware when there is a scheduled service call. My complaints have meant nothing because the issue keeps happening. This visit on 12/16/2013 where I didn't witness any service for the exterior and certainly not the interior and I found the service ticket shoved in the "back" door of my home indicating I was charged for that service is just unacceptable. I do not trust this company at this point and have canceled my service.

They did a one-time application, and it worked out fine. We called them and they were there within a couple of days or week. There were no extra charges. Our experience with them was uneventful. I think they did what they promised. We were happy with them. They were in and out. They were polite. My wife was comfortable with that. The pricing was reasonable.

Always performs as expected. Always very satified. Will continue with their service. Like that they clear away spider weds around the outside of house. .

I might use them again if they have another special.

The service provided matched the description. The gentleman was a little late but was very polite and knowlegable.

I signed up with Bulwark and today they came out and did the first treatment. John I. was the serviceman and he was great!! He arrive early and he was ready to work. He has a wonderful personality and gave me a lot of knowledge on the behavior of bugs which was very interesting. He paid so much attention to detail that I felt like he really cared about me, my family and our home. He went above and beyond to give outstanding service and he delivered. A company is only as good as the people who work there and John makes Bulwark a better company. I would recommend them and when you call, tell them you only want John I. to service your home.
