There was an additional $20 to treat inside, which they let my husband know about. The work turned out fine. They communicated the chemicals were safe for pets. The technicians were on-time and very professional. We were very pleased overall. We haven’t seen but maybe a couple ants since.

Everything turned out well. Scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and they did the work as promised. The treatment has been effective, too.

They've always done great and been very responsive for us. As part of our contract with them coming every 2mo, they also will come back for free re-treatments inbetween the scheduled ones, just in case we see a bug of any type coming inside. We did have to have a re-treat or two inside when in the first few months, as this home was new to us and previous owners hadn't been doing any pest treatments for who knows how long... Had a few cockroaches that were extra persistent apparently. But now we hardly ever see one and if we do its teeny tiny and usually close to when we have our next scheduled treatment. Also, we had ants coming in the kitchen when the spring thaw came -- They came right out within a day or two and treated the whole kitchen -- never have had ant problems there since!

Bulwark Exterminating was very prompt and professional. They were knowledgeable and friendly and thoroughly explained the service I was receiving. They answered all questions I had even when they were working after hours to get my work completed that day. I would most definitely use their services again.

Purchased and Angie's List Deal, and received a call the next morning to setup an appointment. I had to reschedule once due to a conflict, but they took it in stride. The service tech was friendly and moved throughout the home and yard at a good pace. He listened intently as to what my main concerns were, and did what he could to address. For some reason I ended up getting an invoice from Bulwark after the service even though I paid through Angie's List, but when I called the office to inquire they said that I was showing a zero balance and to ignore the invoice.

Very thorough in coverage. decided to go with the every other month exterior treatment. 1st month of treatment, provider serviced incorrect address (have parallel streets east/west with identical addresses). Contacted company and they sendt another service immediately. Was not an issue at all. Very pleased with the confirmation calls ahead of time to make sure a particular day works for me and the service tech always knocks on my door to let me know they are there and if I have any issues they need to look into. have had nothing but professsional attitudes and pleasantries with this company.

We set up a time for them to come out but after waiting an hour over the time they were supposed to be at my house I called the office to ask where they were and they said I wasn't in the system, so I decided to not use the big deal.

When he came out, my wife was here walking around checking his work. He was upset that she was checking his work, he had an attitude since it was the end of the day and he was in a hurry. They tried to call and set up another service call about 4 months later and we declined.

Showed up on time and provided the service as agreed.

Tech arrived early, went right to work, and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and helpful. Shortly after he left, the Termite Inspector arrived to do his inspection (as required by our home lender). We were in a time crunch with our lender, so were very pleased that this company was so accommodating to our needs.

They're a very good company and we'll likely stay with them. We always see a difference after they spray. They're very good about answering our questions.

The lawn looks healthy and green. No issues so far. Like the service of this company.

Arrived on time, asked what pests i was having issues with, how he was going to treat the house and protect against a variety of pests guaranteed for a period of 60 days. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend.

I purchased a $68 deal through Angie's list for Bulwark-Exterminating. The deal promised a guarantee to get rid of any pest problem. Bulwark treated my house twice to try and eliminate an ant infestation. During the first treatment, I provided the exterminator with the Angies List voucher for the deal. Both treatments were unsuccessful, so I decided to move on to another provider. I didn't even try to hold Bulwark responsible for their "guarantee". About a month later I received an invoice from Bulwark for $68. I called Bulwark and they apologized for the error, assuring me that the problem had been taken care of in their computer system. 30 days later I received another invoice for $68. Once again I had to call the company about this issue, and once again they apologized. Two weeks ago I received a "Final Notice" from Bulwark, stating that my account balance of $68 was severely past due, and that they would be turning my account over to a collections agency if the bill was not paid within 14 days. I called Bulwark once again and was hung up on, so a second call had to be placed. For the third time, Bulwark apologized and said that they were taking care of the issue. Unfortunately, with my credit score on the line I don't have any trust in Bulwark and have had to purchase a credit monitoring service in case they mistakenly report me to a collections agency. I've had a terrible experience with Bulwark in all facets of the encounter, and really wish that I never have to deal with the company again.

We had a very satisfactory experience. They were very nice and did a great job. They were at the home for about an hour.

I guess it was all right. I purchased it and they set up a date. I never did hear back from anybody. I went past that date so I finally called them directly. I told them I bought the package and then they responded to that. I was not overly impressed with them at all. It was a big deal purchase. There was no additional cost. The price was fine. This was a house I just purchased and I was moving into it so it was preventive. I just purchased the service for maintenance. It was nothing special. The bad part was I actually had to call them to get the appointment time. I don’t really think they had me on the list at all. I finally had to call them to get the appointment set up. It was not a total bad experience but it was not necessarily a good experience. Once the date was set up they were right on time. The gentleman was very nice and very professional.

It took me atleast 4 or 5 calls to get them to schedule the service. It looked like the service provider had subcontracted this to another small time provider. The 3rd time I called them up, they said oh for Angies list you have to talk to another company or something to that effect. Did not treat my crawl space..was a rip off and sub standard servicing.

Signed up for the coupon on Angie's List. Tech (think his name was John) showed up on time and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a bad wasp problem and have seen very few since the spraying.
