They were responsive and my appointment was scheduled within 24 hrs of when I purchased the big deal. Someone came out a few days later. He was prompt and very nice. I had quite a few spiders outside and he removed them and their webs.

The exterminator came on time, was friendly, professional, and fast. We had been having a problem with ants for weeks. Literally within the first couple of days, they were completely gone. Very satisfied!

They were able come out within a few days of purchasing the deal. It was a good experience.

It worked amazingly well. We were told that if we saw any activity to just call back. We did once and they came the very next day and solved the problem. We were and are very impressed with professionalism. Signed a one year contract and feel confident all will go well.

They seemed very nice on the phone and seemed like they wanted to help but they would never call me back. Poor communication. No work was performed.

A representative called me just a few days after I purchased the deal and set up an appointment time and promised to call me again and send me some information via email. I never received another call or an email. I contacted them through Angie's List again to reschedule and received a response that someone would call me. I have contacted them through Angie's List 3 additional times and each time have received a response that someone would be in touch. It's been almost a month since I purchased "the deal" so today I'm requesting a refund. I had a voicemail from the provider on 7/22/14 (my last email to them was 7/8/14). He stated that he had left at least 3 voicemails with me but I did not get any of them and I have a security code to access my voicemail so they could not have been deleted by someone else--so, no idea what happened there. However, he did state that the reason they had not performed the service was because they actually do not provide service in my area. Angie's List did say that they served the county I live in but apparently, that was a mistake. I'm leaving the F rating because they had my email address AND the message service through Angie's List so they should have been able to tell me before yesterday that they did not serve my area.

Communication about the chemicals was just fine.We had no problems at all. The price was a good value.

That was good. He came out, explained what he was going to do and it was really nice. He was quick and got everything done and it was very helpful. I haven't seen a bug since he left. He was just very efficient and did his work and got out of the way, which was good.

This service provider promised to call before coming. Though they arrived at the appointed window of time, they did not call ahead. The technician worked efficiently, spraying in corners. I was told they would remove an electrical outlet plate or two in order to spray behind the interior walls. I don't think this was done. The technician handed me a blank service contract to sign. ("blank" meaning no prices were filled in). He did hand me a business card for a side business he was running (not extermination or pest control) I believe the pest prevention itself is adequate, though I have seen a spider or two. This was an Angie's list Big Deal promotion.

It worked out great! They offered a 60 day guarantee which is why I went with them. The guys who I spoke to were fantastic. The price was going to be $180 but then they let me know they had an Angie’s List deal so I could save more money. They were also able to schedule within 3-4 business day of my phone call to come out to do the work. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I used these guys ONCE and they keep coming out without permission and leaving a receipt on my door! Here's an excerpt of the email I sent to them. "I came home Saturday evening and found your tech had been out and treated my home without permission! Please stop! I never set up this appointment and I didn't agree to any service agreement. Cancel any future service and stay away from our home!"

They had to come out again because the wasps were still flying around the swing set. They actually came out yesterday but it rained and they couldn't do any spraying. They're calling me back to reschedule.

It was fine. I use them on a monthly basis now. We haven't had any pests since they started.

They did a good job with respect to the services mentioned in the deal, but we had some billing issues with some additional work later on. Specifically, they applied two treatments after we had canceled our service, and they attempted to bill us for these applications. The manager did void both of these charges, however, after we brought them to his attention.

He went to the house and waited for the tenant. It was about 20 minutes before she let him in. He treated the inside and outside. He was polite and professional.

The company contacted me via phone and e-mail. Scheduled a convenient time. Arrived on-time. Technician Talked with my spouse and about service and let him know what all he would be doing and let him know about any safety concerns about time after the service. Great experience. Definitely worth the price and the ongoing services they are offering.

The company was very responsive and professional. I had to cancel the first appointment due to necessity. They were accomadating and came out the next week The man was on time(which I value). He was nice and explained what and why he was spraying and against what pests. I do ask questions and expect answers as I have 2 small dogs to look after. I have waited 3 weeks to review because I wanted to have a chance to judge effectiveness. The first week the number of roly polys and earwigs I had been fighting against started to dwindle. By week 2 there was only an occasiona; sighting. This last week there have been virtually none. The number of spiders have greatly decreased as well. So, I deem the treatment a success and will call on Bulwark going forward. Good job Bulwark! My thanks.

The Bulwark tech Jose Rojas was timely. I had breathing problems from a cold, so he explained that the process of shooting the powder through the outlets would not be in my best interest as it would get very dusty and make my breathing worst, which I appreciated very much. Mr. Rojas then explained what he was going to do on the outside . I have been very satisfied with the service as of date.

We were experiencing an ant issue on the exterior of our house. We were able to get someone out quickly. They were professional and knowledgeable. We were able to get the problem under control and have not had an outbreak since.

I have been using Bulwark for over a year now, and I very rarely see any bugs. The few times I have seen bugs inside, Bulwark has called to schedule my next service before I got a chance to call them. All of the technicians I have met are very professional and very nice to my kids and animals. I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased a big deal and had a very difficult time scheduling, as I work night shifts and this provider will not schedule appointments using email. Hence, we ended up not using our big deal until 6 months later. Once we finally got it scheduled, they were prompt, courteous, and efficient on the date of our appointment. We've had no pest problems except still some ants around the floor of the bay window in our kitchen and the patio door to the kitchen.
