Richard replaced the baseboards on the first floor of our house, installed a flood light and installed a ceiling fan in our master with vaulted ceilings. We were contacted immediately after we submitted our request. We were on a tight timeline and needed everything done right away. Richard was very accommodating and flexible. Everything was completed in less than a week from our original request on Service Magic. We are very pleased with his work and he has very reasonable prices. Professional is the word for Richard. He showed up when promised or he called if he was running late. He took the time to look at and evaluate each job carefully before submitting an estimate. The other man on the list was in my home ten minutes and barely looked at just a couple of the jobs. Some jobs he didn't look at all. I will recommend Richard to anyone needing a handyman.
