Richard was the 3rd plumber I have hired for the same problem. He suggested replacing the valve(which was new) as others had been unsuccessful in making it work. I now have a functioning 2nd bathroom (soon as I retile). He was very patient and pleasant and I will probably use him again for other projects. (if he's brave enough!!). Thanks
