Call 704-886-7078 to schedule an appointment. Calls are routed to our national franchise Scheduling Center while we are on the job for faster scheduling. Our Scheduling Center is available from 8:30 AM Mon-Fri and until 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Dryer Vent Wizard was established in 2004 to meet the needs of a very serious problem that is often overlooked by most people. Dryer fires are one of the leading causes of home fires today. We work exclusively with, and specialize in dryer vents alone. A $49 service/ inspection fee is charged to each job. Post inspection a written proposal is given to the customer, along with any suggestions of improvements, and the work is performed at that time. Clogged dryer vents cause dryers to operate inefficiently wasting time and hundreds of dollars a year in energy bills for the average household. We work hard to keep our services reliable and affordable. Our professionals will come to your home on a scheduled day. Description of Work: I called for a quote on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 and as of today, February 27, no one has called me after 4 days. I contacted two other companies for quotes on Feb. 23 and one submitted a quote the next day and the other company is going to submit a price on Monday, Feb. 29. I guess Dryer Vent Wizard is too busy to bother calling!

Description of Work: Cleaned out the dryer vent line, which was a very short distance. About 3 feet tops. For what was done, the cost was pretty high in my opinion. My wife had it done when I out of town, so I get that she couldn't do it. But she now knows to tell me when she wants it done, and I'll do it for a heck of a lot less. There wasn't much technical expertize involved. Which is why I am a little miffed about what my wife was charged.

Description of Work: Daniel was thorough, professional and friendly. My dryer vent is on the roof of my house, therefore, it is impossible for me to clean. I feel confident that Daniel cleaned the whole line, inspected it to check if it was done to code and also replaced the tube leading from my dryer. I have contracted him to come on a yearly basis.
