Timely return call and job estimate!

We had major storm damage. I heard from Lark Tree service within 1 hour of initial posting. All work completed within 2 days. Excellent service; highly recommend this business.

They are a local company based out of Lexington, NC. They were the first ones to respond to my home advisor request. They were very professional and extremely nice people who took every opportunity to do the job correctly and not damage our yard / house and driveway while cutting down / trimming the trees. They cleaned up after themselves after the job and their work was superior to the last tree service we used. 5 Stars!

We needed seven trees cut down and ended up with about 20. One tree was supposed to be limbed and cut down in sections. They just cut it down and as it dropped it knocked down probably ten or more other trees in its path. They did not pile the brush like we agreed. They did come back out and remove the debris that was on the other side of our property line and cut the approximate three foot stumps down more but were not too happy to have to do it. They claimed miscommunication because we were not there when the work was done. We are not happy at all with the horrible mess left behind. We are new to the area and should have done more homework before hiring.

They are very good and very professional. I will hire them for future projects.

Ben was spot on. Dependable and showed up exactly as committed. The work was excellent, they cleaned up and removed all trimmings and debris. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.
