Tonya and her crew did an outstanding job at making the apartment we only lived in for nine months sparkle like new. It was much cleaner when we moved out then when we moved in. They tackled windows inside and out, baseboards, swept an unused patio, and even cleaned behind the refrigerator. They also did the basics to perfection including the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the floors. Next time I need my house cleaned I will be calling TH Cleaning Services.

It went pretty well. Tonya was nice and they made quick work of the job. Areas that were cleaned, were cleaned well, however a couple of areas were missed completely. There is an area at the top of the stairs where you can look right at the floor as you climb the stairs. It had not been touched. The top of the refrigerator was also covered with dust as if it hadn't been touched. I think a final inspection by Tonya would have avoided this problem. I discovered these areas after they left.

After a friendly meeting to discuss the services I needed, what the company offered, and scheduling, I was promised an estimate by the next day. I thought the meeting had gone well, but I was ghosted. Never heard back even after a follow-up email and phone call. People should not be left hanging. If you are not interested in the work, be the professional you claim to be and simply say so.

Tonya came alone at the beginning and inspected the house to see what our requirements were and how much it would cost. She now cleans a big portion of our home on a biweekly basis and has been doing so for a few months now. She does a great job cleaning the house thoroughly and meticulously. She is very punctual and a great communicator. She calls to say when she is on her way and what time she is expecting to arrive. She stays in touch to see if there is anything else we need. She worked on the cost of the service with us and we agreed on a price that we can afford in exchange for taking out a few rooms. We love working with Tonya and hope to continue doing so for a long time.

Very responsive and flexible with scheduling. Called ahead when they were en route. I was not home when the service was provided but my mother said they were thorough and professional. When I came home and was able to see the work I was quite impressed and will be hiring them again for regular cleaning.

Contacted TH Cleaning Services about their deep cleaning option. Tonya called that same day to set up a time to come and look at the house and give us a quote. She worked with our schedules to find a time to perform the cleaning. Tonya and her crew were on time, professional and had great attention to detail. We have two dogs who love to shed and they did an excellent job of deep cleaning the house even with the dog hair. Will be using her company to see up regular scheduled cleanings.

Update: On 11/4/2015, I received an e-mail from Tonya that simply said: "I would be willing to come by tomorrow and give you a check for $75 if you take the negative reviews off Angie's List. let me know I can come by in the morning." I reported this bribe to Angie's List but had not heard anything so I thought I would update my post. I never received the promised refund below, and I would be highly skeptical about this company's ethics since she offered to pay to remove a bad review. Has anyone else withdrawn their review? Original Comment When she came out to do the estimate I was quoted $140 for a monthly clean. She met our Irish Wolfhound at that time. She charge $150 for the first clean and then said that next time it would be the less. I let that go. I wasn't thrilled with her after the first cleaning, but thought that I could work with her since she appeared to want to please. The bed had been made without hospital (square) corners. She did not know how to do those. I told her I would show her next month. The second clean was horrible. I showed her how to do the hospital corners. Again she charged me $150.00. After she left I noticed that the stainless steel dishwasher had water marks, so I cleaned that. Then I happened to move the coffee table and it had not been vacuumed underneath. They left the hardwood floors wet and put foam backed scatter rugs on top of the wet hardwood. The side lights at the front door had not been cleaned nor had the back door glass. I e-mailed her and told her that we did not want her service anymore and what I found. She said she would come back out, but I told her I already did it myself and I wanted a refund. My e-mail said I thought $100 was a fair price to pay her and I wanted a refund of $40. I forgot that she quoted me $140 but charged $150...but still I did state that I was willing to pay $100. More found later included: They vacuumed the couch (which I pointed out to her) but did not vacuum the two fabric covered chairs in the same room. The stainless steel microwave had cleaning streaks on it. I have since noticed that the vacuumed around things on the bedroom floor, did not rinse out the master suite tub. She said she could tell it wasn't being used. All other companies rinsed the dust out of it. She told me that windows are extra. I explained that I had expected the windows on the side of the front door and the back door to be cleaned since every other company did those. I charged the service on my credit card. She agreed to give me a credit (no mention of the amount) but didn't know how to do a credit for a credit card (really!?). I called my CC company and they said to ask for a check to be mailed. If I didn't receive the check then they would permanently remove the charge. I send Tanya an e-mail explaining that I needed her to send a $50 check. That is when she started going off. She said that my e-mail requested a $40 refund. I explained that I specifically said I was willing to pay $100 and got confused about the total refund amount because she had quoted me one price and charged another. Then she said that she had spent and hour and a half with three people. I told her I was quoted by the clean, not the hour. I was concerned about the results. I explained that if I didn't receive the $50 check that I would have CC company would remove it. She said that she would mail a check, but would decide latter is it would be $40 or $50. I have NOT received a check. She is not experienced and is unprofessional. You don't quote one amount and charge another after the fact. She should have explained because of additional time, the per clean would be increased.

Tanya and her crew were great. Professional, prompt, reasonably priced and great about communicating exactly what they'd do or not do. The most impressive part was her follow up. She called after we had a chance to check out our newly cleaned space and asked if there was anything they missed or that we wanted her to cover next time. I'd highly recommend Tanya and her crew.

Tanya and her crew have been cleaning monthly for a few months now and I am very happy with her work. I agree with the other reviewers: great communication skills, respectful, thorough, reliable and the first cleaning service I have begun to use on a regular basis in many years!

The team was great to work with. There was confusion in the beginning, all my fault, and they just rolled with it. Great people. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Tonya does a very good job cleaning our place. Much better than I ever did! From our first meeting she was upfront and clear about what she does routinely and what is extra. She is cheerful, reliable, hardworking, and a good communicator. She accomodates my preference for cleaning the wood floors with vinegar and is careful with our antique furniture. I appreciate that she calls me when she is on her way to my house. Last week she showed up to do the work alone when her helper couldn't make it, which made it a long, hard day for her. I really appreciated that she did her best to avoid a sudden cancellation. If I point something out that I need done differently or that was accidentally overlooked, she is respectful, friendly, and professional and makes it right. That is a valuable attitude one does not find all that often.

Tonya was wonderful - very flexible with our timing (we had a showing get scheduled at the last minute and she was able to come a little later than planned). The house looked amazing when they were done and stayed dust-free for a couple weeks. They also happily worked around my two very young sons and I and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Tonya responded quickly to my inquiry, and scheduled an appointment at quite short notice, before a visit by house guests. She made sure that she was clear about my preferences, and that I knew exactly what she and her assistant would be including as part of a thorough cleaning. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased. I plan to use the service regularly in the future.

Tonya has cleaned for me in the past when I went through a surgery and could not do my home cleaning. I was thrilled with her attention to detail. She cleans my house like I would! I recently called her again for monthly cleaning and again was thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend her!

Tonya is friendly and so easy to work with-she will try her best to accommodate you.(which is very important to me as I work shift work).The previous cleaning service did a good job but it was all about accommodating them and not me. I have 2 pups and she is good with them-it is nice not to have to crate them up while she is there-they like her so they usually say hello and then stay out of her way. Tonya does a thorough job of cleaning-I am really particular about certain things like floors and she does a good job with them. Tonya is punctual and reliable-she has never been late and never has cancelled or re-scheduled.I also trust her so am not afraid to give her a key and let her do her thing.

Tonya had been to my house to give me an estimate and I had planned to use her services. Then I learned of unexpected guests and I needed my house cleaned sooner than I had planned. Tonya had a cancellation and was able to work me into her schedule the very next day. It was the first time she had cleaned my home so she did many extra things plus my house was overdue for a thorough cleaning! Tonya did a great job and was at my house for 6-7 hours - I'm sure well beyond the usual! Her mother came to help for a few hours as well. Her work was great, very thorough. I recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to clean for me that wasn't part of a large service - I wanted to have the same person in my home regularly, so I could be comfortable with them, and they could get to know the house and how I like things done. I feel very fortunate to have found TH cleaning services - Tonya is responsive, professional, and thorough. She is a good communicator, and has been very understanding of how I like my house to be cleaned. She is prompt, and let's me know when she's on her way. I feel comfortable with her in my home, and I definitely plan on continuing to use her services. I would absolutely recommend her.

It made the house look new to have Tonya and Angie clean like they do. Cleaned walls, floors, bathrooms etc till they shone.

Tonya is a very pleasant hardworking woman. She is always punctual and if she is going to be a little late, she always gives you notice. She always does a very good job.
