I have had one cleaning by TH services so far (the first deep clean before TH starts on a biweekly arrangement). I highly recommend TH services. Tonya is absolutely trustworthy and did excellent work in a timely fashion. She was sensitive to my needs and preferences.

Tonya has cleaned our home twice now. She is professional, punctual and efficient. I love the way our house looks when she is done. She paid special attention to our glass shower door which I had mentioned it during the first visit. I don't think I could have even gotten it that clean - spotless! She even made a special accommodation to her usual routine as I am particularly sensitive to chemical smells. I am thoroughly pleased and will continue to use he regularly.

We had been using Tonya since January of 2014 -- she came to our house every two weeks to clean the main (1st) floor only, which consists of the master bedroom and bath, powder room, the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Not a huge job, and our house is already pretty clean. We were very specific about the items important to us. Initially Tonya was very attentive, but as time went on it became obvious to us she was simply "racing" through the job so that she could get to her next job. She brought an "assistant" with her but this person did not appear to be of much use. They would be in our home for an hour at most, and things would still not be in the condition we expected. The last straw was her most recent cleaning -- we had asked her to pay particular attention to the kitchen countertops because they were consistently streaky after she finished. When we returned home it looked as if someone had smeared a greasy rag across everything. I insisted that Tonya come out to re-do the job and while she did come back out, rather than apologizing she protested to me "that's what I thought you wanted." Just no understanding of customer service. I informed Tonya we would be discontinuing service with her. We had also referred my mother to Tonya, and she reports that the assistant broke a piece of pottery at her home. This week my mother received a curt email from Tonya that she could no longer clean there as it was "just not efficient at the rate I originally gave you." While Tonya is a nice woman, her business and customer service instincts leave much to be desired. I believe she is trustworthy -- we never had any security concerns -- but attention to detail and thoroughness are lacking. It appears she is simply trying to gather as many clients as possible, rather than focusing on doing the best job for each client.

TH Cleaning Services has cleaned my house twice now and I would highly recommend them. The first time I contacted them, I got an immediate response and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Tonya showed up on time and was very professional and upfront about how many hours it would take and the cost to clean the house. She worked efficiently and was very thorough with great attention to detail (such as the baseboards and under the sofas). A month later, I had her out again and when it didn't take as many hours as the first time, she reduced the charge accordingly. This was going above and beyond good service; especially since I had agreed on the four hour charge. The prices are very reasonable and the house sparkles. I will continue to use TH Cleaning Services monthly.

Tonya was awesome. She was available to come the very next day to clean a rental property we own. I had a list of items I wanted cleaned, she was able to complete everything I asked in the 2 hours for the visit. Tonya was on time and came prepared. I would definitely use her company again.

Tonya is simply wonderful. She is very open to working with our budget, and to tailoring her time with us so that we can specify which rooms we wish to have cleaned. The quality of her cleaning is superb -- and she is also very responsive and prompt. We've worked with other cleaning services/companies before, and there's absolutely no comparison -- I'm so glad that we found Tonya!!

I was astounded at the difference when I came home from work. Not only did everything look better, it smelled fresh! She was even able to clean a lot of cat hair (that tends to be everywhere, even with only 1 cat). This was a 3-hour cleaning. I have booked her for 2 more 3-hour cleanings, and then will probably back down to 2 hours. She's really that good! She sent an email when she finished, and told me how it went, and that impressed me. You will not be disappointed in her work.

Tonya is a real professional. She was on time , although she called and said she might be a few minutes late. She wasn't. She worked for a little over three hours. Our house had not been cleaned in over 2 months, due to flooding and subsequent remediation and repairs. When she was done, three hours after she began, our house was spotless. My bathroom never looked cleaner She vacuumed under everything, moving furniture if she could not get under. We have a lot of knick knacks on tables and shelves (which drives my wife crazy). Tonya dusted every one of them. She wiped down the counters in the kitchen, as well as the ouside of the refrigerator and stove. She vacuumed and mopped all the wood floors. When she was done, our house literally sparkled. Tonya will be our regular cleaning company.
