Tony was prompt , efficient, knowledgable and honest. I expected the worse but he repaired the refrigerator and it is running great. His repair and labor were reasonable  and fair.  I will use his services in the future if needed.

I was impressed with his honesty, he told me he could fix it, but the cost would not be worth fixing an 8 yr old dryer and replacing it made more sense.

Very well. Tony showed up as scheduled. He was done in less than 45 minutes, cleaned up entirely and reset all the settings. He was entirely professional and we will definitely use him again. I recommend him highly.

After reading the reviews I decided to hire Tony to repair my dishwasher as it was not draining after the wash cycle. I noticed a complaint from another customer about his dishwasher repair but decided that one bad review amongst all the good reviews was worth the risk.

However, I ended up having the same experience with my dishwasher that the other customer had. Tony came out promptly when he said he would and he was informative but he took a brief look at my dishwasher, informed me that the pump was bad (he did not actually look at the pump). He then told me that only 5% of dishwashers are repairable. He charged me $85.00 for this and what really annoyed me was that he could have told me that over the phone before he even came out and I would have not hired him and gone and bought a new dishwasher and saved myself the $85 service fee.

I can't speak to the quality of his work but I would suggest if you have a dishwasher repair this may not be the repairperson for you.

The water dispenser on my refrigerator had been leaking forcing me to turn off the water and thus we had no ice either. I called today and Tony fit me into his busy schedule. He was very nice and professional and assured me there was still alot of life left in my frig. He promptly replaced the water valve and now we have water and ice again.

He was great. Came in/out, did his work and left. His price was reasonable. I was expecting a whole lot more. They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves.

Grateful for quick service.

Our ice maker stopped working recently. For weeks I tried to contact the person that I usually have do repairs on our appliances and for weeks I was put off, so I decided to call Tony's Appliance Repair. I was able to quickly make an appointment for the next day for Tony to come out and look at what was going on with our refrigerator. The next day, Tony called ahead and let us know he was about 10 minutes away. Once there, he quickly inspected the refrigerator and gave us two options: one was to make an adjustment to the existing ice maker with little to no chance that the repair would last long or he would replace the ice maker entirely. We chose to have the ice maker replaced. Tony had an ice maker on his truck and was able to install it in about 15 minutes. We were charged $79 for the labor and $149.95 for the ice maker. Everything works just fine now.

He charged me $79 to tell me my dishwasher could not be fixed, another repairman charged me only $50 to make the repair.

Tony called before he came and he was ahead of schedule. Tony was very professional, informative and a nice guy. Tony did a great job! We will definitely call Tony again for future repairs!

It was fairly complex to figure out which parts on the back of my refrigerator were leaking but he was able to locate the faulty parts and replace them. He was very courteous and showed up on time. He worked quickly and efficiently and this was a good service visit. I reccomend him to others.
