Description of Work: My 2,000$ GE Profile refrigerator wasn't freezing well. It would freeze and thaw and then it quit. Then it started to freeze ok. Sunrise service person, Kurt came out - took about a week to get someone out. He ordered a fan. I guess the fan keeps the compressor working properly. Kurt was fine, no problem with him or with Terry in the service dept. |It took 3 weeks for the part and 1 more week for service. |I'm disappointed I paid so much for a refrigerator and then 2 years later having to pay $195 for Sunrise to come out and fix this. Of course it wasn't a warranted part.

On a holiday weekend they took my call and came out as soon as possible. They were very nice and friendly on the phone and very helpful. I would use them again.

Have been a customer of Sunrise for about 9 or 10 years. When we first purchased our appliances their service was fantastic, but as years have past in has gotten considerably worse. Any time have called for a service call is always at least two weeks or more before can even come out. Usually have called someone else. I talked my son into purchasing his appliances from Sunrise and when they came out and installed the refrigerator, they left an eighteen inch deep scratch on their newly installed hardwood floor. I would not say I would never use them again, but I would really have to think about it.

Credit card required when order for service placed. This should have been a flag as to the motivation to satisfy the customer. When calling for service, not the best on the phone. Long holds. People don't seem to care that much that you've called. Semi-friendly. After service completed - in a vacation home- no follow-up. Had to call back to check. Took a day to hear back. Would have been nice to get some feedback: what was found, work completed, how fireplace insert left- at minimal temp-since winter, off, etc. What the charge ended up being. Here's an idea-Thank you for your Business! When arrived at vacation home found the remote device to the gas fireplace to be oddly different from the remote we rarely used. Worn. Dirty. Sticky. and quot;Oldand quot; looking compared to remote that is ours. Repair was done and unit was now working which was good. Old part left on mantel to show what was repaired which was good. No receipt or paperwork or number to call, etc which would have been helpful. Called and asked about the remote. Thought perhaps that the tech might travel with a and quot;service remoteand quot; and understandable if tech could have mixed them up and taken our remote. Service rep called back and stated that the tech does not have a and quot;service remoteand quot; which strikes me odd-how can they trouble shoot a system without a service remote? Asked for help from management. A week later received a call that they can offer no help. If I want a new remote - full price. No concession. All this after buying a full house of high-end appliances and a service agreement on all of them - over $16k purchase in the last 7 years. Long term customer. Not feeling appreciated. Feeling/treated like a and quot;suspicious personand quot; for even mentioning this. So I guess since I am not willing to fork over another $149 for a new remote I will have to try to clean up the and quot;service remoteand quot; and live with it. Overall-glad the unit working again. Not happy about the remote or the response from the service rep at the business. Should have heard from a manager/owner. Makes me want to look for other alternatives for future service and also future appliance purchases. Not going to recommend Sunrise to my neighbors. Will be seeking their input to see who they are using.
