BEWARE!!!!!! Your property is at risk with Tidy Environments as they are careless locking your home and owner supply closets after cleaning and take no responsibility for their actions, Staff is unsupervised, untrained and will leave property with a half done job as well as unlocked. I have employed this company over the last 6 months. I had for over 12 years one housekeeper that retired before I hired Tidy Environments in June 2013. Upon several occasions during Tidy Environments 6 months tenure the linen closet as well as the supply closet in our mountain vacation rental cabin was left open and unlocked by cleaning staff. As a result I had costly loss of supplies. They refused to accept responsibility on all occasions even when I had photos when I entered the property before guest arrivals where owners closets were left unlocked and open. Their staff is not supervised. Upon several occasions the cleaning of the cabin was not complete and I had to hire someone else before guest arrival or do it my self or it was not clean for arriving guest. I was still charged a full cleaning fee by this company. Tidy Environments is unreliable and negligent to the point of detriment to your property, to your rental business and to your pocket book as I illustrate. With months notice in advance provided to them of arrivals and departures our cabin was left for over 3 days untouched after a guest departure with damp towels and sheets . The towels soured as did the sheets. These had to be replaced. Tidy Environments took no responsibility and still tried to charge me for the full cleaning. The cabin was not ready for the next arrival and their service had to be called numerous times to come clean. They finally arrived and did a very sloppy, quick job leaving sour linens on bed and dust for guest. We were still charged the full housekeeping fee even with their having inconvenienced our renter as well as having left damaged linens due to their neglect of soured towels and sheets. Our guest basic supplies upon one occasion ( coffee, tea, cooking oils, basic spices for guests comfort) were totally removed by the service and again I had to replace all. They accept NO responsibility for their actions. Your property is at risk with Tidy Environments careless treatment. Doing business with Tidy Environments is stressful, expensive for the lack of quality they provide and costly to you to say the least. Your initial meeting with them will appear professional with list provided of their services. But BEWARE!!!!!!
