Clean Masters

I believe there were three ladies and they did a great job. They worked constantly. The only thing, we asked them for a quote to come back and clean on a regular basis and we never heard from them again. We wanted a quote on how much would it be for every two weeks to come out for a couple of hours and they said that they would get back to us and never did. I guess maybe they were so busy doing all of their Angie’s groupon. The Deal was good, but we never got an ongoing price. We probably would use them in the future if we get a hold of them. In the meantime, we bought another deal from another company and they are coming tomorrow.

scheduling was complicated,  recommend any with appointments confirm a few times, including the night b4
work not done well.;  very hit and miss.

I do not understand how a provider like this gets on Angie's List.  I purchased a Big Deal on July 6th for a house cleaning from Clean Masters.  I can not even get this provider to respond to my messages.  I have cut and pasted everything verbatim with dates from the message center.  They sent me one message on 7/18 saying they had availability on 6/30 which was three weeks prior.  Now Angie's List is saying they will not issue me a refund because it is after 30 days!  What are you to do when the provider takes 2-3 weeks if at all to respond???
Very bad business all the way around.

I purchased this quite a while back and had every intention of using it quickly. But because of delays with our new house the move and cleaning kept getting delayed.  I was unable to give Clean Masters a firm date of when to come.  Finally all the stars aligned and I was able to have Clean masters come out to do the exit cleaning I had not been able to get to myself.  The house was empty except for a few items and trash. Tonya and her partner arrived 1/2 hour early (I greatly appreciated that since I had to get back to work) and were very helpful in telling me what and how they were going to clean.  They did everything I asked and did it in great fashion.  The house is move in ready now and I feel sure that very few other cleaning teams would be as thoughtful and thorough as Tonya and her partner are. Give them a chance and I feel certain you will find them to be extremely helpful and worthy of your trust and jobs.

I personally would never use them again.  He argues a lot and I had to fire him even after using the company  for ten years.

1 st cleaning took extra TIME which they didnt charge us for ...  very Fair Pricing for service....Highly Recommend

Very nice people...comfortable to have in our home.  They worked at a steady pace and did a good job.  I gave a B on the price, but it is $15.88 per hour. Would I do it for less?  I had them use my equipment and supplies, but they did use their floor steamer.  It did a fantastic job. I can not have any strong chemicals in the house and I have a rainbow vacuum which captures the dust into water.  They had no objections to using my supplies or sweeper.
Again, they did a great job and I plan to use them again.

Jim and Tanya came over to clean as promised.  They were there about an hour and a half, I think.  They brought all their own stuff to use, including a Shark floor steamer.  I hesitated because I've been told NOT to use a steamer on these hardwood floors.  Tanya did a small area to show me there was no harm done to the floors and I let her proceed.  The whole house was dusted and wiped down, including the kitchen and appliances.  All of the floors were swept (only) and only portions of the hardwood were steamed, not the big living area.  Guess it was too big a job, I really don't know why they weren't all steamed, and I didn't ask.  The big rugs were vacuumed.

They are wonderful. I have used them for at least eight years, and I never have to worry about anything being stolen. They only clean half my house because I am single. They are very dependable. I have had items stolen from me, not by them but by other people, and I won’t let anybody else in my house. I use them all the time and it is not just occasional use.

I really like them because they are very honest and dependable.
