Quality Appliance Repair

Before he leaves, make sure your appliance is working properly. This man, what he did to me, he fixed my dryer and I tried to get him to come back out because my dryer was not working properly and he told me he would get back with me and he never got back with me. I had Sears come out and do the same thing and they replaced the same cord that he replaced. So I don’t think he put in on properly.

Originally diagnosed Magnetron tube replacement. After replacing, then diagnosed high voltage transformer. After replacing the high voltage transformer he tested the microwave by partially heating a cup of water. It heated. I then tried the "sensor" beverage program and it did not work. I showed it to him and he agreed and I also told him it did not sound right......his response...it heats and then he left. He did not attempt to repair this problem or any problems with the sensor buttons. This individual tells you how good he is but the fact is he isn't. Unfinished jobs is not professional.I had to call another serviceman.....the strange thing is that once I explained what went on...he knew who had already worked on my micriwave without my telling him who it was. Best stay away from this company. You'll be happier and your appliance will work.

Their work is very good. The serviceman was personable and professional. There was a conflict of interest as far as what time our appointment was but that worked itself out. Some of the cost was absorbed by our home warranty.
