The Gentleman that repaired our garage doors was clearly a ***** PRO. A pleasure to watch him work a true pro from start to finish.He knew his job and performed it like it was simple and i know that it wasn't. The company may want to try a policy of awarding hat or lapel pins showing the level of expertise of the technician something the employees can strive for.

I found three companies on Home Advisor sent an email and within an hour I had heard from two. The third company called the next morning. So the response was immediate! I hired Precision, they gave me a window when they would be there and they came at the early end of the time availability. The tech was very nice, very knowledgeable, got right to work and finished quickly. A great experience!

Was a 2 minute fix. My bad but to have to pay $75 for him to show up was kind of disappointing. Service man was very pleasant.

I will not use this company again. I informed them of the problem and told them what I needed fixed. When the Garage Tech got to my house he was informed that I wanted new garage doors. I told him that it was repair only. The gear kit which should have only been $30 dollar at the highest cost me $194. To repair a gear in my garage door cost me $314.47. I feel like I was ripped a new one. Will not use this company again.

My technician, Scott, assessed the damage and offered me two options, which included full replacement of the "hardware". Since the motor was new and the door was fine, it was everything else that had aged out. He arrived early, finished in the time he quoted and I was thrilled with the results! I would highly recommend this company.
